I brought my truck in and had them do an oil change after purchasing some BG MOA. The guy at the desk suggested I bring my own oil since I use Royal Purple ( not many shops let you or even suggest that). So I came in and also did an inspection. In my hour and a half wait, I learned a lot from just observing. I learned the following: Everyone that came in and dropped off didn't sign a ticket. They seem to be long time customers that just drop off. The gentleman at the front desk is on a 1st name basis with everyone that came in. You can see the great relationship the shop has with their customers, the parts guy that drops off by how they interact with them. I knew this was the place for me. They are honest, upfront and respect their customers. Bonus that I can bring the oil I want to use since they aren't able to get it. I'm glad I ran across this place. I will definitely be back.

So, here I am. I googled for a place to do my emissions test, I chose Bagdon because of its location, hours and because it is a local owned business. There were no other people ahead of me, the owner was attentive and took care of other lil issues with my vehicle along with the emissions test. When it comes to vehicle service I have had way more positive experiences with local business than nation wide franchise.
