I recently decided to check out their services, and booked a highlight and cut with Kenzie It was almost a packed house (all chairs full) when I was getting my hair done. Kenzie is a sweetie and fantastic! I usually give pretty vague descriptions, show a photo or two. I'm not one to get overly upset about results (as long as I walk out with hair below my shoulders, I'm good lol), and prefer to have the artist work their magic. She definitely has the magic!! The highlights are amazing and perfectly placed. The cut is awesome - I love that she still did long layers but in a way that I can still put my hair up or braid it and there are not pieces sticking out every-which-way. I will definitely book again with her and highly recommend :)

I saw Kenzie and showed her a couple inspo pics and explained a couple hair issues I have, and she got to work. She was friendly, and we had a few nice conversations, but also some non-awkward silence, which was relaxing. I didn't feel pressure to make small talk. Even though I arrived a couple minutes late, she was able to complete some foils, a toner, a cut, and a blow dry with time to spare before I had to leave to cross town to teach a yoga class, which was also greatly appreciated! I absolutely love the results - it was just what I was looking for. I'd had an emotionally draining appointment just before going in, so it was a relief in so many ways to be so pleased with the outcome and leave with more confidence and pep in my step. On top of that, I found the rate to be very reasonable! I will absolutely be back!

I wouldn't say it was worth the extra amount. It was about 5 minutes long. The blowout and style was fine. It felt like the stylist didn't really listen to what I wanted. Most recently came in for a dark polish on my finger nails and she did a wonderful job in 15 minutes. The salon itself is always clean, but it's certainly outdated. Could maybe use a little upgrade in that way, and maybe a little lower on the intense overhead lighting- just mini suggestions on making it a little more spa-esque. I was sat in a chair that didn't have a working massager; that was disappointing. Then, the tubs for the pedicures were not working. Mine trickled cold water and I sat there for about 10 minutes before a tech was freed up. When I told her the water was freezing she had to fill up a bowl and get water from a sink. Not the end of the world but it made for the right temp to be reached. The whole process seemed rushed and the massages were mediocre at best. All fine since also, the pedicure was $35 when I'm used to paying $45-50. The nail tech herself was friendly and she did a nice job on my toes.
