I had a slow leak coming from my water valve in which I was losing a lot of water. I researched…read moreplaces that could fix the issue and came across this business. I called and spoke with Randeep, who scheduled me within 2 days with an irrigation specialist. I had an appointment this past Wednesday for Danny to come by and take a look at the leak. Not only did Danny fix the leak, he replaced the valve completely with newer, more up to date parts as my home is 20+ years old. After addressing the original issue, he noticed that two of my sprinklers were not functioning and replaced them, even without me asking! Wow! He then recommended that I replace my sprinkler timer as well, since it was also an older/outdated model. I purchased a new timer, in which he took the time to walk me through step by step to make sure I understood how to use the timer and make necessary adjustments and also made sure to go through the schedule not once, but twice to ensure I was satisfied with the watering schedule and overall water flow. During the walkthrough, I noticed there was a huge leak coming from a drip line in my backyard that caused a puddle in my lawn. He explained that the leak in the drip line may have been caused my running it over with a lawnmower or by me accidentally hitting the line with a weed wacker. I asked Danny how much it would cost for him to fix the leak, and he said, "This is such an easy fix, I'm almost positive you can fix it on your own." He then recommended the parts I needed to fix the leak, and sure enough, I was able to fix it on my own! He made sure to keep in contact with me while I went to Home Depot to make sure I bought the right parts. Danny went above and beyond and provided exceptional service! He was patient, honest, kind, and very knowledgeable, which is a true reflection of the company. Nowadays, it's hard to find a trustworthy company that won't take advantage of you! Thanks again to Randeep and Danny for making this a great experience from beginning to end. I would absolutely recommend this place for any of your landscaping needs!

Tony identified a drip line issue, a sprinkler head that should be moved to another spot, and a tree that needed to be trimmed. He did all three on his own at no charge! Hands Down, the Best Landscaping Team We've Worked With! We…read moreown a home in Arnold, where it can be surprisingly difficult to find contractors who are responsive, professional, and actually follow through. After needing to create some privacy from a neighboring property, we needed fast-growing trees and shrubs. I called Juan over the weekend, explained the project, and sent him some pictures. He immediately understood what we were looking to accomplish and said he could take care of it that week. From that first conversation, he was responsive, professional, and incredibly easy to work with. They installed a completely new sprinkler system with a commercial-grade watering system and fertilizer ports, removed old debris and stumps, prepared the entire area, and even repurposed rocks we already had on the property to create a beautiful border around the new landscaping. What impressed me most was his attention to detail and communication. He sent pictures and videos throughout the day and kept me updated on every decision. At one point, after laying everything out, he felt the design needed one additional tree to balance the space, so he went and picked one up. That kind of attention and pride in the finished product is rare. We expected this to be about a week-long project, but Juan and his team completed everything in one day and it was done beautifully. We aren't full-time residents in Arnold, so I had to put a tremendous amount of trust in Bella View team. Based entirely on Juan'scommunication and professionalism, I felt completely comfortable letting him handle the project without being there for a final walkthrough. He exceeded our expectations. I honestly cannot recommend Juan and his team enough. If you are looking for a landscaping team that is professional, responsive, hardworking, detail-oriented, and genuinely cares about doing the job right, look no further. Hands down, we would use them again.

On top of that, they created a beautiful surprise succulent garden in the work area, which was such a thoughtful and creative touch. Juan clearly has a strong eye for design. He was intuitive and knowledgeable about the flow of the yard, and it showed in every decision. The team took their time to make everything look just right, from artistically arranging the rocks to carefully weaving the climbers into place. Beyond the quality of the work, the entire team was friendly, polite, and respectful throughout the process. It truly felt like they cared about the final result as much as we did. We will absolutely be doing business with Juan and his team again. Highly recommend.

I can't say enough good things about Eddie and his crew at Eagleview Landscaping. After years of…read morewater pooling around the foundation of my home, I knew I needed to get proper drainage installed to divert water away from the house. I had already spoken with several landscaping companies, and I was honestly struggling to find someone I felt confident would come up with the right solution. I received some surprisingly high quotes, including from companies that were willing to recommend drainage solutions without even coming out to personally assess the property. That made me very hesitant about moving forward. Then Eddie reached out through Yelp, and even from our initial phone conversation, I had a completely different feeling. He took the time to listen, explain what issues I might be dealing with, and walk me through the different drainage options. At first, I was hesitant about the $300 survey fee for the laser measurement of the property's slope. Looking back, I realize this was one of the best parts of the process. Rather than guessing where the water was going or what needed to be done, Eddie was able to properly assess the slope and use that information to determine the best drainage solution for my property. The $300 survey fee is subtracted from the final cost if you use them, which is nice.  Eddie provided me with a very detailed quote and even sent me a video showing the problem areas in my yard since I wasn't able to meet him in person. I'm someone who likes to understand exactly what I'm paying for, so I had A LOT of questions. Eddie spent a good amount of time on the phone with me explaining everything, and I never once felt rushed or like I was being a nuisance. He made sure I understood what we were doing and why. Once we scheduled the work, Eddie also handled having the property properly marked by PG&E before they began digging. Throughout the project, I received updates and videos showing the progress and any issues they came across. There were a couple of additional problems they discovered along the way, and Eddie was upfront about them and provided quotes before doing any additional work. The drainage project was a big job, but his crew completed it within the original estimated timeframe, which I was very impressed with given the size of the project and the Sacramento heat! They also did a great job cleaning everything up afterward. The grass definitely took a hit from the work and the intense Sacramento summer heat, but Eagleview even replaced the areas of grass that had been dug up with new sod. Most importantly, I now feel confident that I have a proper drainage system in place to divert water away from my home instead of allowing it to pool around the foundation like it had been doing for years. And knowing that the work comes with a warranty gives me even more peace of mind. A huge THANK YOU to Eddie and his entire crew for the hard work, professionalism, communication, and care they put into this project. Finding the right contractor for something this important was stressful, and I'm very grateful that Eddie reached out when he did. If you have drainage or water runoff issues and are trying to figure out what the right solution is, I would absolutely recommend giving Eddie at Eagleview Landscaping a call. I'm very glad I did!

We appreciate that he was on time, built solid forms and even suggested additional drainage improvements. The finished result is better than that of a previous contractor. That said, there were some issues that detracted from the experience. We observed several crew members urinating in our yard and Tony made light of it so we had to address the workers ourselves to use a bathroom. There was also a miscalculation in the amount of concrete needed; while Tony completed the job at no extra charge using bagged concrete-which we appreciate-the situation could have been handled better from the outset given his level of experience, use a tape measure. Cleanup was a concern. The crew left behind concrete residue on surfaces like the driveway requiring several hours of my time to sweep and scrape. In summary, while the quality of the finished work is good improvements in professionalism, planning accuracy and post job cleanup would make a significant difference in the overall experience. Without these issues he's a solid 4.0/5.0 stars but we had the issues. I also overpaid $50 and my text hasn't been answered. Like many contractors here having tried to get us to pay more during the job he probably decided to keep it. 916-230-7995 is his cell.
