He's friendly, attentive, responsive, reasonable and doesn't hesitate to share his feedback, good & bad, or just for things I hadn't thought of. I was looking for someone with an experienced perspective, not just a yes-person, and that was my experience with him. On the selling side, some of my family had agents in the past who went unreasonably overboard with staging or bending over backwards for prospect buyers, and that was not my experience here, which I'm very grateful for. We dealt with a Prospect buyer/agent combo who were at times unreasonable, waited until the last minute to ask for things & where the agent didn't do a good job at managing their clients' expectations, and Jason handled a lot of those tougher interactions before I even had to, and was instrumental to getting us through close. On the buying side, he was a great guide & we closed without issues, in the neighborhood I was shooting for & within my budget.

Rather than waste my time with my previous Realtor, I contacted Don Quick and was put in touch with Darren Quick, who immediately set up a viewing. (By immediately, I mean within 24 hours we were inside the space,) Unfortunately, the space we were originally interested in fell through because the landlord wasn't a huge fan of pets, which really wouldn't have worked, since I am a pet photographer and artist - pets are part of my daily business life! We were absolutely heartbroken at losing the first space, but Darren did not disappoint and went to work searching for another space for our business to call home. Within a week, he set up another viewing for a great little retail property and now, about a month later, our lease is signed and we are planning on moving in over the next few weeks after some basic build-outs are taken care of. Darren is extremely personable, yet professional and really gave us the time and attention we need when searching for our new studio space. This is our first business location, so it was great to have a Realtor working with us to ensure that the space fits all of our needs. Even better, Don Quick and Associates will be our acting landlord, so I know that we won't have issues later on in the lease. I highly recommend Darren Quick or any of the Don Quick and Assoc. Realtors to anyone searching for a commercial space.
