I had to wait for the person coming out to clear the door get to the desk and this girl that looks to be all of 12-15 said your appointment was at noon we can't see you. We followed him when he changed places of employment came out with the patient before us, I shook his hand and told him it has been nice knowng him but we won't be back. She tried to switch me to a more expensive brand. When asked why, she didn't have a good reason. My wife went and told them she needed to try a different brand because her Accuview contacts irritated her eyes. So Zack put her in Ultimas. They were worse, and hurt her so bad she had to take them out. She called and they told her a time to come back in. When she got there, Zack wasn't there, but he had left a pair of Accuview lenses with the nurse/tech to try. When my wife explained those were the brand that initially bothered her to begin with, they argued with her. Poor form all around. Bloomington is full of eye doctors; best to see one of them.
