She tried to switch me to a more expensive brand. When asked why, she didn't have a good reason. My wife went and told them she needed to try a different brand because her Accuview contacts irritated her eyes. So Zack put her in Ultimas. They were worse, and hurt her so bad she had to take them out. She called and they told her a time to come back in. When she got there, Zack wasn't there, but he had left a pair of Accuview lenses with the nurse/tech to try. When my wife explained those were the brand that initially bothered her to begin with, they argued with her. Poor form all around. Bloomington is full of eye doctors; best to see one of them.
