We were harrassed over a $10 bill that we never even recieved in the mail (during the Covid lockdown no less). We didn't get a "late notice" or any bill thereafter. They just sent it directly to a collection agency - what the actual F*%# is the matter with these people. I can only imagine the families that had difficult times with layoffs, job losses or whatever else during that time - luckily our bill was easy to pay and nothing bad hit our credit - but talk about the heartlessness. Do no Harm doesn't apply in financial matters I guess. Actions like these make the drive for a National Healthcare System all the more important. I can't wait until the executives that make these decisions (to go after people like predators) are working for the boards of McDonalds and Arbys, not making horrible decisions that affect people's lives and well being like they do now.

Dr. Brinegar and his staff were extremely friendly and thorough and I definitely didn't feel like they were rushing through patients but rather taking care to serve each one. Perhaps the main reason that I was so impressed with Dr. Brinegar is that he was able to give me answers for questions that no other optometrist had answered for me. I now know exactly why my eyes don't do well with contacts and why certain glasses seem to wear out faster for me. He is not only very knowledgeable, but also (unlike many other doctors) able and willing to impart that knowledge onto his patients.

As doctors in general go, he's the best I've met in Bedford over the past few years since moving here. We need a hundred more just like him in other specialties. Shouldn't have to travel to a large metropolis just to find great care. In the past, some old Boomer dentists have given me grief for being a nervous pt. Not Dr Weiss nor his staff. All were very understanding, helpful, and professional. They use all the modern techniques, whereas some dentists in the past were nothing but brutal cavemen!! He takes his time to explain and answer questions and this alone helps so much with "dental anxiety". They even have a great game plan to deal with Covid-19 and that was a big concern for me as well. They stick with protocol and enforce it. Additionally, he's not the type of dentist who'll just tell you to grin and bear the pain or to just "get over it". He's proactive as all Drs and staff should be. He's laid back and has an actual personality and sense of humor. I've had several appointments so far at Atrium and many more to go. I'm glad to have found him and his staff in this tiny backwoods town. Never knew this level of service was available in Bedford. Keep up the great work guys. You rock!! My only real issue is the third party payment plan he uses. They ppl I spoke with on the phone weren't very helpful and the overall service from that company SUCKS. And they lost out on quite a bit of money (and future money) from me. I went with a completely different direction because of the lack of support to my very basic questions and needs.
