After trying to adjust them and it still it working out they OFFERED to get him new (different) frames at no additional cost. We can always pop in for a frame adjustment with no problem. When we place our order they always clearly state the breakdown of price so we understand exactly what we are paying for. They have a pretty good selection of frames and they are very helpful when choosing the frames. 10/10 recommend!

She acted as if I was merely an irritant and a liar. I had been going there for twenty years and the service had always fantastic. Maybe the eye wear center is under new management or there is a new manager, but I will never go back there again. He verified some info but was able to jump right into my exam, taking time to make sure my Rx was exactly right, explaining my eye health in detail and giving me plenty of time for questions, though I didn't really have any by the end. The optician was equally efficient, having run my insurance, knew my options and clearly explained pricing - which motivated me to buy a second pair! One extra bonus, you can schedule your appointments online - love that! I got a next day appointment for my mom and one for me 2 days later - easy peasy!
