They mounted and balance the new tire in mere minutes. I was back on the road in no time. The price for the tow and tire could not be beat and their professionalism and speed is something I've never encountered before. Being as I was in a bad situation, they took care of me like I was a family member, getting me back on the road, safely, and at a great price. I cannot thank this Shop enough. We had to wait a bit extra for a tow truck that had enough space for all of us, but it ended up being a flat bed, so bonus points there! The dispatcher was so patient with me, as I had no idea exactly where in Indiana I was. Apparently there are 3 places where I94 crosses a Route 20! He helped me figure it out based on where we were in relation to the highway, a local restaurant, a gas station, and a McDonald's! The dispatcher gave the tow truck driver my cell phone number, but he found us right away without needing to call me. The driver was very friendly, chatting with us while loading and unloading our vehicle with ease and driving smoothly to our destination. They narrowed down the problem, but I was only passing through & they couldn't find it & fix it quickly, so they told me what I needed to do to keep driving safely to my destination so I could get it taken care when I finished my trip. The tests they did were similar to what my personal mechanic told me (over the phone) they should do. And they didn't try to add on extra items or work. The only negative would be that they didn't contact me when the work was done and I had to call in to find out if it was ready. But it turns out that they were somewhat overworked that day. Luckily we are ok so the first thing I did was call my insurance company which is Allstate. I recommend Allstate to everyone. They quickly contacted the Indiana towing company. They were so quick to respond and got to us within 30 minutes told us all the way to South Bend, Indiana to where I can get a tire to replace the blown one. Perry the driver was the most friendliest understanding, helpful tow truck driver. I think I've ever experienced in my life. I had my two great grandchildren in the car age is two and six months so this whole experience was scary, but I'll tell you, Perry and the Indiana towing company handled it so wonderful kept us calm reassured us that everything was gonna be OK and of course it was OK. We got the tire replaced and one on our way and finished what we were shopping out there for, but I tell you if I ever run into a situation where I need to be told the Indiana towing company is who I will call first and foremost, the best, the quickest and the most accurate towing company I have ever dealt with. we were on a trip heading home when we blew a transmission line on the busy highway. we were…read morepulling a trailer. called 911 they got hold of highway patrol which got us Joes Towing! operator said they would be there in about 30 min to 45 min.. i think it was about 5 minutes when they got there. blew me away how quick!! they had to send another wrecker to get the trailer. they got us out of there quickly!! both of the wrecker guys were wonderful. they got the truck to a fixit shop and stored the trailer at their yard. this was late evening and the driver found us a hotel for the night. which was great!! we couldn't have appreciated it anymore. the drivers were great. a great big thank you to the guys at Joes towing. for helping us out of a bind.
