Basically managed by husband and wife who can't manage sh*t and constantly call the landlord for the most basic stuff. Mark is not here mentally and forgets to execute basic tasks and Will is rude and obnoxious. You can't have a conversation with this women. They're a small team but still can't communicate with one another. Took them months to fix the most minor thing. They charge you the price but the quality and service is terrible. In high end real estate, property managers are dime a dozen so choose wisely.

Weeks after we moved out they came sniffing around for "damages" and "extra cleaning fees." They said this was because our pet was with us, even though the listing was pet friendly. Basically they are price gouging fire victims. Also founder of the company tried to upsell us on interior design services for when we rebuild our home - just 2 weeks after it had burned down. Quite appalling. STAY AWAY

Three…read moreweeks before our stay, Marbella Lane cancelled our reservation saying that there was a "maintenance issue." Three weeks should be plenty of time to take care of a "maintenance issue." Then, the next day we received a message from VRBO saying "...your cancellation request was approved by the host," when, in fact we had made NO such request. In addition, it is clear that Marbella Lane manages many other properties in the area, and they might have attempted to find another property for us, but they did nothing. This was a serious breakdown.

On top of that, they answered the phone and pretended that the call dropped because they didn't want to answer questions or at least try to calm a paying customer. They also stated they had no other properties available in the city I booked, but we found one on first try. Definitely do not recommend Marbella Lane Management. Complete lack of professionalism and courtesy.
