I would also like to thank the best CNA there in the facility ...her name is , ANARUTH she took excellent care of me for the 2 1/2 weeks I was there She made my stay so enjoyable, xo

They would never…read morebrush her hair so it became so tangled, when we asked that they please just brush it once a day a CNA cut off the tangled hair in the back and left the rest of the hair long. Her personal belongings were constantly "misplaced", her room and her were always unhygienic. We could NEVER get ahold of the nurses station, but when I would be there the RN would be sitting on her personal phone on Facebook. She developed multiple bedsores while there. And that's not even everything that was wrong with place. If you have the option to have yourself or a loved one in any other facility I would recommend never sending them to Menifee lakes. There were 2 CNAs we worked with occasionally that seemed to genuinely care, but other than that the experience was absolutely dreadful and made the already devastating process of losing a loved one even more stressful. Also I don't know when these pictures were taken but they are out of date and don't represent the facility well.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. My father died here after being left without help…read morewhen he needed it most. He was pressing the call button because he was struggling to breathe, and no one came. By the time staff finally checked on him, he was no longer breathing. No family should ever have to live with that kind of nightmare. This facility was consistently inattentive and neglectful. Why are the employees constantly on their phones instead of monitoring patients? The atmosphere is dingy, depressing, and uncaring. Staff walk around with attitudes like the residents are a burden instead of human beings who need compassion and medical attention. If you love your family member, think very carefully before trusting them to this place. People in these facilities are vulnerable and depend on staff to respond quickly in emergencies. In our experience, that did not happen here, and the consequences were irreversible. *This review is a warning to other families: do your research, ask hard questions, and don't ignore the red flags. I wish I read the yelp reviews before considering this hell hole.

Everyone was always super helpful and kind, I personally had no issues with any employees or medical staff professionals. They were so patient with her, helped her answer the phone and make outbound calls when she struggled. They even brought things I've dropped off to her. Loved seeing videos of her PT sessions and how far she has come since being admitted. Super appreciate everyone here and all their hard work!

Can't post what I know without repercussions. I live here…read more I have been harassed, kept from joining resident activities , served rotten food,as well as under cooked and burnt. Probably there are more health code violations. Though, I am great full for having a place to live. I am voicing this not for myself, but for the residents who are not getting the respect and care they deserve. This place is known for giving $5.00 gift card for a 5 star reviews. I may be asked to move .Who knows? I fight for the unprotected, abused and neglected. Elder care is such an unrecognized problem and it keeps getting worse.

They were attentive, compassionate, and made sure he was closely monitored throughout his stay. Because his condition wasn't typical, they took every precaution to ensure he received the right treatment and was safe before being discharged. One thing that really stood out was how thorough the team was. They reached out to his endocrinologist, kept them informed, and worked together to make sure the proper steps were taken for his care. Knowing they were collaborating with his specialist gave me so much confidence that my son was receiving the best possible treatment. Although we were there for over 10 hours, I understood that the time was necessary to carefully monitor his condition. Throughout our visit, the doctors, nurses, and staff communicated clearly, explaining his condition, the tests they were performing, and what they were watching for. They never made us feel forgotten and always kept us informed. The staff also made sure my son was comfortable throughout the day by providing snacks, drinks, lunch, and even diapers and wipes so he had everything he needed while they continued to monitor him. Those thoughtful touches meant so much and showed how much they genuinely cared about his comfort and well-being. The room and overall environment helped cheer him up during what could have been a very stressful experience, and everyone treated him with such kindness, patience, and compassion. They cared not only for my son but also for me, making sure we were both comfortable throughout our stay. We left knowing my son had been thoroughly evaluated, treated appropriately, and discharged safely. He's doing so much better now, and I am incredibly grateful to the entire team for their professionalism, compassion, and dedication. Thank you for taking such wonderful care of my son and for making a difficult day so much easier for our family. We truly appreciate everything you did for us.

We…read morehave never had a visit that we haven't been sitting and waiting for hours on end, even with a baby with a non-stop bleeding gash in his head that ended up needing 5 stitches. They had us sitting and waiting for a few hours. This last time I came by ambulance with my kid after a motor vehicle accident. I kept refusing treatment and said multiple times that I didn't need medical attention. I was never brought back, did not have any tests done, was not seen by anyone, yet I magically received a $2k bill from the attending doctor that evening. All I did was sit in the waiting room waiting for my kid for 5 hours, yet they "discharged" me with bogus brochures on what to do after a car accident. They didn't even submit it through my insurance and do you know why? Because I was never a patient on that day and did not fill out any paperwork nor get checked in with my info. Guess who else got a $2k bill? My kid. The one who was seen by the doctor, received scans and treatment. I'm going to let my attorney take care of it which they are advising to contest the bill, there are a bunch of crooks here! Don't come here if you can avoid it less you want to be saddled with a bill for services supposedly rendered that you didn't even receive!
