Lacey did my taxes this year for the first time and can't be happier. I have 2 states, 3 W2s and a 1099 and she had no problems. She also had to file my previous states taxes with the extra work due to the way the tax code is. She kept in contact the entire time and had them done in a weeks time. Let me preface this review by writing how I assign stars. I start with 4, cut points for things I didn't like. I only give it the 5th star if there was something truly above average and beyond what I could've expected. I contacted Lacey after I had some trouble with my taxes 3 days before the deadline. She saw me right away, hours before her office hours so that I could get to work on time. What strikes me about Lacey is that while she's clearly knowledgeable, she's not the one to assume things or take them for granted. When I expressed some concerns regarding taxation for internationals and other issues I had with my paperwork, she did tons of research and backed up her opinions with documentation. The willingness to do more than what any other professional would've done and her patience while dealing with my case earned that extra star. I did not have a good experience with this CPA. One would think they work for the IRS as their primary concern is to keep you from getting audited. Had I not been proactive and researched write offs that I was legally entitled to they would have cost me thousands. I literally had to point things out to them. Not so "bright" after all. If you can, go elsewhere. read more

Very disappointed in LL Bright, CPA. Made an appointment with them and they never showed up. I called them several times leaving messages saying I am here for my appointment but they didnt pick up their phone line. They called me back 1 1/2 hrs later stating they had marked the appt incorrectly in their planner. Wow, if you cant keep track of a simple appt, how can I trust you to do my taxes?!
