I did my due diligence of scanning Yelp reviews and using the Nextdoor neighborhood app. (in our area), to narrow down who we would use. We had made our appt. before the COVID, and had to postpone several times after. We eventually dropped off our paperwork, and on several occasions spoke to John. He answered all of our questions at that time. Professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. We just got a call today, that the paperwork is ready. Unfortunately, we haven't been able to have a sit down meeting because of the circumstances, but glad we were able to find a professional company.

I provided all of my documents at that time, and we shook hands on a plan to move forward. Unfortunately, that was the last communication I ever received from him. Since then, I've called at least five times to check on the status of my return. I spoke with his receptionist multiple times and with an account/tax manager twice. I also left messages specifically requesting a call back from Brent himself. It is now December, and I still have not heard a single update. The complete lack of follow-through and communication has been incredibly disappointing, and I am now seeking a different CPA. I do not recommend this firm.
