A new client in 2020, I had a great experience working with Ludmila and her team. She and her team completed both my business and personal tax returns. The personal returns were not straightforward - as the year included a sold house, a 1031 exchange, and property purchases in several other states. It was straightforward to get her team the documents they needed, and after an initial meeting where she got to know the lay of my finances, the process was very hands off for me (except for the numerous questions that I asked out of curiosity, which Ludmila was always able to thoroughly answer and advise me on). Wouldn't recommend. After a referral for Ludmila, we were placed with a gentlemen named Jose. While this is not entirely Jose's fault, our experience was very poor. To start our taxes for out of state were filed incorrectly, secondly we were then charged an additional fee for our taxes being more complicated and Jose having to ask additional questions to other staff members. Rule of thumb, don't give a new accountant a multi state complicated portfolio, give him zero support and then charge the client extra for "having to answer additional questions" which an experienced and professional accountant would have known in the first place.
