I have never stayed here before and I am so overwhelmed by the cleanliness and professionalism of the staff too. This place has everything I need and want. It's convenient to the boardwalk so I can power walk and exercise and close to shopping at Rehoboth too. I am thrilled I came to stay.

I love my stay here and thought that the price was right considering how clean the rooms were, the location and the amenities. A few girlfriends and I decided to stay for a weekend. We had a double room with pullout sofa bed. There wasn't a kitchen but a mini-fridge, a sink and coffee maker. You know--the standard of most hotels. The rooms were super clean and I can't remember a time when the cleaning staff wasn't outside our door. Stalkers? Maybe! The elevator was TINY so have some patience or use the steps. Location was primo. We were just in the right place. It's away from the Main Street shops/bars (noise) but right around the corner to stumble "home" or go get food. The beach is about 4 blocks away and FREE. They had supplied beach chairs. Parking was only for one car, otherwise it's a little difficult so call and ask about how to buy parking passes through the town. Forewarning---cops def ticket people.

Sooooo let me start out by saying I don't complain about much... what I don't like is to be called a liar and that's basically what the manager, Chad at Brighton Suites Hotel did today! I opened up the pull out sofa and this is what I found last night at 11:00pm!! Look at the pictures... I found it just like that... dirty sheets, dirty diaper Before I go further: I didn't go down or call immediately because I was so pissed I would have lost my shit and needed a place to stay. Our room was a suite with 2 double beds and a pull out sofa in a separate room. My oldest was going to sleep there. What I did do was go directly there at 7:00am and told the front desk, and I asked that the manager contact me. He didn't contact me right away, so I went back hours later after checking out. He comes out, and tells me IT'S IMPOSSIBLE that this happened. He tells me his head of housekeeping triple checked that room. Well whoever they are, they should be fired. I don't go staying at hotels with a f***ing loaded diaper to save money!!! I told him I wanted half my money back and he did do it but proceeded to tell me... "here I don't want any problems!" I just don't get it! How or why would I make this up??? I've stayed at this hotel once before and had a great time. I just wish he would have done a better job with his customer service instead of saying IT'S impossible. It's like a slap in the face.

Gross. As soon as we walked into the room there was a thermos style water bottle on the tv stand. I thought since we just passed housekeeping maybe they just forgot it. So I sat it outside in case they came back for it. They knock on the door 5 min later asking was this mine? Gross. I proceed to the bathroom to find a dirty sock under the vanity as well as the little foils on top of the toiletries. Yuck. I go down to the front desk to ask for towels for the next day simply because I was on my way to the parking garage (which has large holes and leaks in the ceiling). I explained what I had found and the front desk said we'll send a basket full of towels and new toiletries up. I reiterated I was here for towels bc I prefer to not have cleaning services throughout my stay (anywhere). Next day a basket full of towels outside the door. Sigh. I leave and come back 4 hours later and my bathroom has been straightened up. Not living area nor bedroom area. I specifically had the sign on the door and had already received towels. No manager on duty as the the next days front desk said they come in at 9 and kind of come and go. So gross and rude. Go to the Avenue at the inn Avis's the street. Hopefully I can add pics to this review.

Spacious rooms - all are suites, obviously. Very convenient to the beach, boardwalk and Main Street. Super clean and generous with thick, fluffy towels and quality bath items. Third floor has a nice pool and rooftop patio with lounge chairs - basic and not aesthetically appealing but good to have available. Hotel also have free beach towels and large rain umbrellas for guests. The decor is a tasteful art-deco-ish style which works. Convenient market and restaurant below the hotel, at street level. Free indoor parking garage in the building - super convenient since everything is within easy walking distance. First time visiting Rehoboth Beach. The stay at this hotel is proving to be pleasant.

I hadn't been to Rehoboth for several years and I wasn't familiar with this hotel, but we loved it there. The front desk staff and the housekeeping staff were all very nice and helpful. They provide beach chairs and towels to take to the beach - that kept wet towels and sandy chairs OUT of our room. The front room is a separate living room with a fold-out sofa, an easy chair, two upright "dining" chairs, a granite oval coffee-table, granite end table, and granite 1/2-circle wall-side dining table, a TV on a cabinet with three drawers, lots of lighting including two wall sconces above the couch, a row of wall-mounted and base level kitchen cabinets with a full counter under them, a bar-sized sink, a microwave, a mini fridge, a coffee-maker (I never use those), and an under-cabinet light. The closet between the LR and BR was wide, with hangers, a safe, a full-width shelf, an iron and ironing board, plus I liked there were no doors on the closet - they are often a pain to slide. The bedroom has two double-sized beds (I prefer queens but those are hard to find in dense areas) with clean, white linens and bedspreads, two soft pillows plus two decorative pillows per bed, a shared nightstand with light and alarm clock, a floor lamp, a sitting chair, a long dresser with 6 drawers and a TV, a full length mirror on the wall, and a large window with both opaque and room-darkening curtains. The bathroom was nicely tiled, one sink on a large granite vanity, two storage shelves under the vanity, lots of towel sets, and a clean tub/shower. The pool on the third floor was inside and clean, and beside the pool is a roof-top patio with several tables and chairs. Only two negatives I can think of: the closest ice machine was either not working or just always out of ice (but the next closest machine worked fine), and the free coffee in the lobby wasn't strong enough (a personal preference so no big deal). The front door of the room opens to an open atrium which provides filtered light, the atrium has okay design elements, but is fine. There is also a window between the LR and the atrium, but we mainly kept the light and/or darkening curtains closed. There is an elevator but we used the steps mostly. The underground parking garage was very convenient, especially when we checked out during a rain storm. I'm pretty fussy about hotel rooms, and I really liked this one. The separate LR was bigger than I expected. Plus it is a GREAT location near the beach, restaurants, shops, and the concert bandstand. A++

By the upper garage, there was an area that you could grab free beach chairs and towels from, which was nice.

We arrived in the evening on a Sunday, At first, it looked like there wasn't enough parking, but…read morethen we realized that there was a garage underground. We got a spot there and never moved the car until we checked out. It was actually preferrable to us to have it below ground and protected from the elements - and also from non-guests who might otherwise vandalize. Our room - oceanview - was absolutely oceanview. The only bummer being we overlooked the pool - which was always PACKED during the day (and noisy). However, we did have a lovely view of the beach. That worked out great as our last evening they had some life guard competitions on the beach and we could see it better from our balcony (2nd floor) than we could from the boardwalk. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially when we managed to lock ourselves out of the room. We were able to rent the beach chairs and umbrella through the for a 10% discount. We got passes we presented to the actual vendors. I highly recommend you go down before 8:30 am and get the vouchers to stand in line at a vendor tent at 8:30 when they open - to avoid long waits and get a good spot on the beach. The room itself was fine. We had 2 double beds. Linens were clean but the towels were not the best. They looked new but were not soft. Room had all the basics - large fridge, microwave, coffee machine (K cup) and OK sized TV with pretty good stations. They have a restaurant on site as well as a little coffee shop. Nothing is free (no complimentary breakfast). We packed our own stuff so we were all set The room was pretty quiet and fine for sleep. I think the only downside was the price. Costs are so much higher this year or maybe here - compared to what I paid prior years for other beach boardwalk oceanview rooms. The boardwalk was decent. A fair number of classy restaurants for us to pick from. Prices were high but perhaps that's the area. They had cheap food, too - as well as souvenir and beach shops. All in all, the hotel was exactly what we needed. A good location on the beach with everything we needed without having to drive anywhere. I found this place to be better than some of the reviews I read prior to booking over the winter. But we usually find places acceptable and more like the positive feedback than the scathing reviews. I recommend this place and would most likely stay here again - as opposed to the limited other options we saw in the area. However, this is not our favorite boardwalk so we won't be back. Our favorite is Wildwood so that's we're were headed next now that we've tried all boardwalk beaches.

This place is way too overpriced. Staff is not helpful. We…read morestayed for 5 nights and only one day did they provide room service, even then it was completely half a$$ed. The other days they just said we could get more towels and to leave the used ones on the floor outside the room. Also we found blood on the sheets. When we wanted new ones we were told they would be coming but after 30 min when no one arrived we called the front desk and were told to go to the lobby to get the new sheets. While we were there the fire alarm went off 4 times. This was startling and jarring. No one could assure us of the etiology or that we were safe. It was not pleasant. We did not sleep well. I would not go back to this property. Don't waste your time or money here.

Hear me out with this review:…read more I have never stayed in a Bed & Breakfast house before and when I was initially trying to book somewhere to stay in Rehoboth Beach this was the first place suggested. The house contains rooms with private bathrooms and rooms on a floor with shared bathrooms. I was very hesitant to book at first when I read that I would have to "share" a bathroom. We just returned home after a 4 night stay here and we were more than satisfied! Tom, the house owner, is super kind, personable and hospitable. His other workers (Rayvn and Chris) are also so helpful and always get you what you need. You can request to have breakfast in the morning from a menu selection and they bring you your food out at the time you request to have it ready for you . Tom always came and checked up on us wherever we were sitting during breakfast to chat about random things, show us his puppy and ask us if we wanted more food or needed anything. The room we stayed in had a shared bathroom in the hallway (we stayed on the 2nd floor and other rooms shared 2 full baths and a half bath with us) and it was actually very clean. The staff did a good job replenishing towels each day and cleaning the shower/toilet/sink. Felt very comfortable here. We would love to try a room with a private bathroom (it was so booked up when we tried to get one initially so book way in advance!) I love that the beach was only a 4 minute walk and access to the main streets was only an alley walk away from the house. No complaints at all after this stay. When we sat out on the porch each morning and night, many people would walk by making comments about how pretty and interesting the establishment was. The interior of the house smells super good and is clean. Highly recommend staying here! Overall 5/5 stars and we will definitely be back next year

There are so many seating options in the lobby that look as though they came out of a beach resort magazine. The hotel posts a daily board of local restaurant specials, and the hotel itself offers plenty of great extras, like wine and cheese every day from 5:00-6:00, and cookies and milk every evening at 8:00 in the lobby. Complimentary lobby coffee is available 24/7, so there are no coffee makers in the rooms. There's also a big game room with dozens of board games. They have an indoor pool and sauna, and an outdoor hot tub. Our hotel room was quite large, with a huge flatscreen TV, a work desk, a king-sized bed, a sofa, and a coffee table. The in-room Wi-Fi and the satellite TV worked great. The bath was on the smaller size, but it looked brand new. The shower had plenty of hot water and the only nitpick was maybe the pressure from the rainfall style shower head could have been a teense more forceful. We had a nice private balcony overlooking the street and their street level firepit and seating area. The overall location is great, just a very short walk to the boardwalk and beach and within hundreds of stores and restaurants. The daily breakfast was stellar -a bounty of pre-made omelets, Sausages, Baked pears, Cereals, Oatmeal (with mix- ins like nuts, chocolate, granola, seeds, coconut), Pastries, whole and cut fruit, yogurt, cottage cheese, hash browns, and ham slices. Our off-season rate was a little over $100 a night, quite a good deal for the hotel's luxury and services. Guest service was excellent at every encounter we had.
