My family has been going there for over 15 years every summer, this recent time I had a family emergency occur 15 mins after we checked in. Had just enough time to drop our bags off in the room before I got the phone call to come back home. Hotel refused to give ANY credit. I fully accept having to pay for the first night, maybe even the entire 3 nights stay but at least comp me 2 nights at a later date. They told me there is a no refund policy for early departure. This was a great find! We booked through booking.com and saved a few dollars off the hotel rate with AAA discount. Our room was on the 3rd floor and overlooked the parking lot and Purple Parrott. The room was fine, but no coffee maker in the room. The lobby has free coffee in the morning but being on the other side of the hotel and 3 floors up is a long way to go for a morning joe. 2 block walk to the beach is very manageable with all your gear. The location to the shopping and all the bars and restaurants is another plus. This is a true park your car until you leave spot. The husband and I enjoyed hanging out on the balcony and enjoying the nightly breeze. I would stay here again. read more

Trash. Great location, awful management. Our bathroom had no shower curtain. It took three days for someone to hand me one so I could hang it myself. This is honestly more a motel than a hotel. It's despicable that a beach town hotel has such horrible A/C. Our room has had the A/C blasting for the last 3 days on the highest setting and coldest temp and our room is still like 80 degrees. Everyone is uncomfortable. We're all sweating. The friends we have staying in the hotel all complained about the same thing. The lobby gets 2 working A/Cs but paying guests get a sauna? The hotel is okay but the fact it's too hot to function in the rooms completely ruins any other opinions on it. Not to mention the stains on every sheet. It's a good place to stay if you need it but don't expect a comfortable and amazing stay. read more

The Atlantis inn is quaint, clean and conveniently located right by the boardwalk. The bed was SO comfy! Great water pressure in the shower too. The staff was friendly and accommodating. They are dog friendly but you would never know. It was spick and span. My mom and I stayed for Mother's Day weekend with my pup. We enjoyed the little time we spent in our room and easily walked across the street for dinner. I highly recommend! read more

I went for one night in July. It was kind of pricey but WORTH IT! The room was very clean, front desk was nice and I was completely satisfied. You pay for what you get. If I was to complain and be picky, I would say that hearing people walk outside of your room is pretty easy so if that's a problem for you then now you know! I was so grateful for that reasonable fee for canceling within one week of a plant stay. Friendly staff and very clean!!! The hotel is also smoke-free; I'm not generally bothered by smokers but I'm glad to not have to sleep on sheets that smell like stale cigarettes. There's a fridge and microwave in every room and free coffee in the lobby every morning. The location is perfect- a short walk to the beach but removed enough that you won't hear the crowds when you're trying to sleep. The pool is tiny but there's a shower up there and plenty of lounge chairs, as well as three tables with umbrellas. Minor issues: I had the same problem as Chris M. with my shower. It fluctuated between burning hot and ice cold. I had to fiddle with it for 10 minutes before I could get a decent temperature. Also, they have those low-flow showers (Seinfeld anyone?) that makes it tough on us long haired girls to wash all of the salt out properly. The ice and vending machines are only on the 1st and 3rd floors. Great discounts when you book online. I will definitely be back! read more

Went here this summer for a mini-getaway with my wife. Service was super-friendly and the rooms were very clean. It's right on the main drag so it's extremely close to the local shopping. It's about a 3-4 block walk to the beach which really isn't too bad. Only complaints...the "roof-top pool" is a little smaller than it looks on the website. Also, the shower in our room went from steaming hot to ice cold constantly...even though we didn't touch a thing. Barely usable. At checkout, they assured us it must have been a problem with our room and they would have it fixed. Lastly, the wireless internet was out for most of the morning on one of the three days we spent there. I run an internet-based business so that was very stressful. To their credit, they were already on top of it when I called down and had it fixed after lunchtime. I'd say there's a 70% chance I would stay here again and give it another shot. read more

The best thing about Rehoboth is that most of the hotels are a short walk from the beach itself, as well as good walking distance to restaurants and other shopping destinations. This one was about a 5 minute walk, if that. Exterior entrances, a tiny pool and sundeck up top and very clean. No breakfast, but they do serve coffee which is nice. It was very quiet, we were there 2 nights in summertime and spent about $200 a night after taxes. This is about what I'd expect for a beach area hotel in the center of it's season. My friend booked this hotel for the weekend. I loved the location because it was right in the middle of town. We parked the car and only drove when we left the to go home. The staff was great and friendly, Jennifer the night staff and all the front desk staff we met, but I don't remember their names. I've read the reviews but I didn't have the same experience. We stayed in room 407 and it was nice being on the top floor. The room was comparable to other beach hotels I've stayed. The room wasn't like staying at the Holiday Inn Express or a Hilton, but for the location it was a nice choice. My only complaint would be the bed. For me it wasn't comfortable and when I mentioned it on check out they said I could have changed rooms and they would check out the box springs and mattress. My friend's bed was more comfortable and if we were staying longer I would have said something and changed. I would stay here again and next time I will bring my dog because they do have dog friendly room. read more

SO LOUD! Because there is no hallway and the rooms exit directly onto an outside walkway or the parking lot, it's party city before everyone goes out. Its really a true motel. If you have a family and expect kds to be asleep before 10, avoid this hotel. As far as accomodations, it was fine, but we'll either stay away from the middle of town or find a hotel with interior vs. exterior room exits to hopefully avoid all of the excess noise. It's also hard to relax when people are having loud conversations right outside of your door. read more

I spent the past weekend at the Atlantis Inn, and I feel it was a very good pick. The inn is located on the mainstreet that leads to the beach, just two blocks away, which is perfect! We just left our car in the parking lot, and walked to down to the beach - no hassle of trying to find a parking spot or feeding the meters every two hours. The rooms are bright and clean, and the beds are amazingly comfortable. We had a compact fridge and microwave in our room, which was great for keeping our water chilled before beach trips. Every time we interacted with the front desk staff, they were very friendly and helpful. There's an outside pool on the roof, but I didn't check it out, so I can't comment. The only "downside" was the TV was rather small and old-school (big and bulky, not a flat-screen), but this was absolutely not a problem. We came for the beach, and didn't touch the TV remote once! The cost of staying here is a bit pricey, but that's expected given it's the On Season, as well as the prime location on the main street, and being so close to the beach. We've been coming to rehoboth for decades and have loved it. We've stayed at the Atlantis many times and have enjoyed it. It's simple but everything you need for a beach vacation. Also it is super clean. There are other great hotels in rehoboth that are nice but a little beachy/sandy if ya know what I mean.. I have to call out specifically Lakeisha from our visit. She was so kind and friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay special. I cannot day enough good things about her. The reason I docked a star was their parking situation. My mom and I came for an overnight. When we checked in we registered my car and put my info clearly on our registration form. The pass was displayed clearly in our car. After a long day of beaching etc we were sound asleep at 11pm when our hotel phone rang telling us that our car was about to be towed. I tossed out of bed and ran downstairs and checked my car that yes had a visible parking pass. When I returned to the lobby the women working there told me it was a "courtesy call". To be honest I didn't find it super courteous to be woken from a sound sleep to be threatened to have my legally parked car towed. When I told them my car had a pass the staff seemed almost gleeful that they had found another car like mine that they could tow. It was super gross. I ended up taking pictures of my car and pass to be sure and went back up to my room. While back upstairs I watched a Jeep get towed from the lot and heard a lot of crunching of the cars bumper. Sucks for the Jeep owner but not much I could do. I went back to bed hoping that my car would be safe. The next day my mom went down for coffee to find a hotel guest in distress that their car was stolen. She recanted my story from the previous night and it turns out they towed one of their guest cars. They had a pass but they were towed anyway. TLDR: hotel is nice but the night staff is creepy and gets a weird kick out of towing their guests cars. read more

My friends and family thought I was crazy, being in a wheelchair and travelling with my small dog, but I was determined to attend a celebration of life for a friend and it just happened to be at the beach. The Atlantis Inn was the answer to any and all hurdles I may have encountered! The room layout was wheelchair friendly and immaculate. The location was so close to the boardwalk I still can't figure out how they charged the rock bottom price they did, even with the pre-season package rate. The staff bent over backwards to ensure that all my needs were met, including bringing me coffee, which I could have managed. My entire weekend I was made to feel like a treasured family member and I won't soon forget how accommodating every staff member was, even when I had a dead battery, in a driving rain, on my day of departure and had to call AAA. I can't wait to return post season!!! If I weren't on a fixed income, I would have no problem paying the very reasonable in season rates because I know this hotel and staff are worth every penny! read more

Really a rock solid 3-Star beach hotel. This place is close to the beach and the shops/restaurants that you'd have to walk to if you were right on the beach. It was clean with hassle-free off street parking and a very nice staff. It's not like staying at the Marriott in NYC, but if your looking for 2 clean beds, sink, microwave, fridge, bathroom, small table and chairs in the room w/ a TV...no frills (they did throw in the mini-shampoo and conditioner - BONUS). Just don't go. There's no refunds for early departure once you find out just how bad it is. My boyfriend and I came to Rehoboth for a quick one week vacation and we were hoping for a decent place. Just holiday inn quality. The rooms are disgusting, with stains on the lamp and carpet. I don't think they've changed the rooms since they opened. Please don't sit on the sofa. No complimentary breakfast, cable tv, the microwave doesn't work, dirty shower curtain in the extremely tiny bathroom. You can barely turn around in this shower. Don't be optimistic looking at the pictures. With such a high price (over 1,000 for four nights) you would expect to be able to sleep without hearing the ongoing chatter outside your room and the loudest AC unit you've ever heard buzzing away, along with the exceedingly noisy refrigerator that freezes everything you put in there. Bed is creaky and sheets are not soft. The pool is super tiny and I can't imagine that it would be any fun for little kids, let alone adults that just want some piece and quiet. We were excited about this motel's one redeeming factor: walk to beach location. Yes, a walk to the most over crowded, nasty beach you've ever been to. We drove to the next town over to visit the much cleaner and less crowded beaches. We left a day early because we couldn't take it anymore, forfeiting almost $300. read more

Excellent location right off the beach. Since they allow pets off season, we stayed with our dog, and it was a doggie convention! Staff is extremely friendly to both the pets and the humans :-). I'm currently staying here and I'm so pleased I wanted to write a review now. Staff is great. The night staffer checked me in and even remembered me by name seeing me in the ensuing days. Nice. Maintenance fixed a slowly draining sink, and I happened to pass by him in the hall and he recognized me and asked how everything was. Room is comfortable, beds are firm and bathroom is clean. Parking is excellent and location is perfect. The Confucius Chinese restaurant next door (not affiliated) is also great and a must try. read more

We have stayed at the Atlantis Inn for the past 8 years. There double rooms are nice for a small family. Nothing too fancy. Small vanity but enough space for your items to rest. Rooms are always clean. The front staff does go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable which is great. They also offer coffee in the lobby every morning. This years we stayed in a efficiency which our growing family enjoyed. It was spacious and comfortable. The room was well kept. The kitchen was clean. There isn't chairs and a table but the island serves as a good place to eat. The pull out sofa wasn't too comfortable. My youngest son slept on it and didn't complain bc he's 3 but it wouldn't be too comfortable for adults. You can honestly feel the coils in it. Another thing that should be mentioned is that while the efficiency is spacious there isn't an elevator to the rooms. There are about fifteen steps up. The pool is located in the 3rd floor of the main building it has a sun deck with about 3 tables. Beware of large puddles of water if it has rained. My little boy ended up slipping and falling due to that. It was very frightening but good thing the ice machine is also located there. He was ok but there should be a staff member making sure the pool is safely kept. The pool is small but it usually isn't too busy since the beach is 1.5 blocks away. This place gets a solid four stars from me not because it's an actual four star hotel, but because this is probably as good as it gets near rehoboth. We stayed here last night after booking a few weeks in advance. They had a sale on the double bed rooms for $100/night, great value! They are also pet friendly so we brought our fur baby- had to pay an extra $30 fee but honestly that's not too bad. Free parking, great location on the avenue, friendly staff. The room we had was small, barely enough room to close the bathroom door while on the toilet. The appliances are dated, there was a microwave with a turn switch for the timer, haven't seen one of those in a long time! Beware, no coffee pots in the room but there's a Dunkin right next door. But if you're staying in rehoboth, there really aren't a lot of options. This is a great hotel for a couple of nights. read more

Booked this hotel for one night. It's in a perfect location. The price was reasonable for a weekday stay. If you plan to stay Fri, Sat, Sun, it's much more expensive. The hotel is a few blocks away from the beach. Parking is easy. The room was clean and well maintained. I enjoyed the balcony chairs that they provide each room. There is a fridge in each room.
