Not sure but ColorHaus has unlocked the key to providing all four pillars of what is necessary for a service like this to get 5 stars and they are delivering it on all fronts. I was desperate so I put in an order online and called immediately after I sent it in to see if I could get the flyers asap. They were excellent in all ways, but one: Instead of shrinking some of the images to the size I requested and then print them, they printed them and then cut some of them down to size. This took a lot of the image of each piece of art away. This cost me $100.00 for something I can not use. Note: I absolutely abhor giving bad reviews. I wish they had called me to okay the cutting before they did it, but they didn't. I would rate how they treated me with five stars along with their effort for good communication. First asked me to wash my hands - so stepped in to the washroom for a minute. The clerk was nice, we chatted and he was very kind, quick, and hospitable. Asked me what I was up to. Great service.
