He showed me how to override that function each time. Then he went above and beyond by helping me factory reset the camera so that the zoom function worked across all settings. He probably spent close to 30 minutes with me, and even recommended a better bridge camera when I'm ready to upgrade. His level of knowledge and professionalism was incredible. I'm definitely going to buy my next camera here, even if I end up spending more. The professional, in-person service is well worth it.

Like 5 second pause until I asked "do you need an order number or something?" He said "last name" I think the customer service employees either hate working there or hate customers. Philip offered three different finishes for the prints, was willing to trim down the borders, and provides a digital proof for your approval before he prints. You pick up your beautifully packaged prints and he sends a link for a digital copy of the photo. Great customer service and I felt the pricing is fair for the quality you receive. I called to get a quote from framing a certificate, and I was quoted about $150-175. When I came into the store, the price ended up being over $300. I should have walked out right there, but I decided to support a local business - and sometimes you a pay a little more to "buy local." I wish I would have listened to my gut, because after I paid for the service, I was told I would not be able to pick up my certificate for over three weeks! Really Art Heads, it takes you over three weeks to frame a simple certificate and its costs me over $300? I will be going to Beard's Framing or the more DIY route at Michael's in the future.

They helped me with a custom designed tri-fold card recently which turned out beautifully and little did I know they were actually going to fold all the cards for me too! They contacted me before printing the cards to let me know that the logo was pixelated so I could fix the issue before the order was complete. The only thing that concerned me was when I asked about sustainable practices they seemed to be less informed than I would have liked.
