Instead of just replacing the siding (which was at a very visible spot in our backyard), he decided to take siding from the side of the house that is covered and use that at the back of the back of the house. That way, the siding all matched in the back where people hang out. The new pieces (which were very close to the original pieces) were put up on the side behind bushes. His knowledge about siding is high-level -- he knows his stuff.

During the install, a nail was driven into our AC refrigerant line, causing the air conditioning for the entire upstairs to fail. The HVAC technician confirmed the cause was a roofing nail. I provided full documentation of the damage and a repair quote from FH Furr to the company on March 24, 2026. Since then, I have been given the runaround. After hearing nothing and sending a follow up email on April 13, 2026 I finally spoke with Project Manager John Morris on April 15, 2026 who told me he would consult with their Regional Executive, Trey, and get back to me. It has now been over a month since my initial claim and several weeks since my last conversation with John (I never heard back from him or Trey). Despite a follow-up email on April 25, 2026 stating my intent to escalate this, the company has gone completely silent. A professional installation should account for standard line placement. Claiming something is "inadvertent" does not excuse negligence--especially since they have engaged in a month-long communication breakdown. I am extremely disappointed that a company would cause significant damage to a customer's home and then stop communicating. I will update this review if and when management decides to take responsibility and provide the funds for the repairs they caused. Their first estimate to replace gutters was over $7,000. That could be reduced almost $1,000 because I had been a government contractor. But if I signed that day the estimate reduced to $3713. If I didn't sign then it would be $5197. Told the representative I had to do more estimates. He said he could lie to the office and tell them I wasn't home and I could get the deal later. His lowest estimate was $718 more than Semper Fi who I chose. I don't appreciate such deceptive and high pressure tactics.

He quickly assessed that it was done by squirrel(s) near the end of a soffit. Soon, a steel mesh was cut and fitted around the narrow gap to prevent any future attacks. Last year, I had a roof vent (not knowing which one) with water dripping down to the basement.
