This store was recommended by a coworker so I went on a Sunday morning in August. I was met with…read morethe biggest and best Halloween decor I had ever seen! I can only imagine what Christmas was like. The store was huge with decor and furnishings for every room in your home including all the outdoor decor and furniture you can think of. I was there 2 hours just strolling through every single isle and department. It's the old Kmart so you can imagine how large this place is and plenty of parking. Watch for the clearance isle in every section. There are lots of good deals. I highly recommend it. Lots to see and so many ideas to be had. The lines were short and quick. Chit-chatted with the salesperson and really enjoyed my morning.

If you've never been here before, do yourself a favor; grab a beverage and keep your afternoon wide open because you'll need the extra time to walk down the lamp aisle. Yes, there's not just one but multiple aisles dedicated to just lamps. Once you're done with the lamp aisle, head over to the pillow section, or maybe you're in the market for a new area rug, couch, tables, or art for your bare walls. There's a dedicated section for everything! Price wise It can be hit or miss. More hits than misses! Typically the seasonal stuff, Halloween, Christmas, summer, etc, are the higher priced items, but just wait until the holiday is over and you'll see price drops. We bought a brand new Christmas tree here (see pics) and it was on the a pricey side, but the quality is amazing and we really needed a new tree. Did I mention there are six aisles just for Christmas trees?! The service here is awesome and I recommend signing up for their rewards program if you plan on becoming a regular customer. They also have the same return system as Costco. No need for a receipt just bring it back, they'll look up the CC you used and do the exchange or return.

I originally booked a flower arrangement at this location and it ended up to be a grand reopening…read moreevent with lots of goodies. This place felt like a quiet refresh in the best way. The place have been beautifully updated with modern designs; clean lines, soft textures, and pieces that feels both stylish and confortable. That specific day offers reopening discounts, which makes it a nice time to browse if you've been thinking about updating your space. They were offering $500 off coupons on any purchase. It didn't feel overwhelming or overly busy. Just a viby uplifiting day, with music on, lots of snacks at every corner while you browse. They had vendors and raffles to complete the environment; Noc Box Coffee, Partied by Ana and Bubbles & Blooms were there. They were all welcoming and making sure you enjoyed your stay. They make sure you grab your goodies and any extra info that you needed. NOC BOX COFFEE :: They served the best and premium coffee that I've ever tasted. And it's from a tiny cart. They don't have a specific location. They only do catering and sometime pop up events. If you ever seen them or have a chance to grab their coffee, DO IT! It's so good! I had the Hazelnut Hug and it was bomb! The chocolate taste like premium chocolate. It doesn't taste artificial at all. The chocolate just melts and mix in well with the bitter coffee. Their sweet cold foam is perfectly sweetend; not too sweet. RATE : 5/5 PARTIED BY ANA :: They have the cutest and the most delightful treats ever. They brought mangonada ice cream and churros. Nothing special here. It just taste like another other place. They pefrectly portioned it out and decorate it. RATE : 5/5 BUBBLES & BLOOMS :: What a cute little floral cart. They had the most freshest flowers on hand. They helped you picked out your flowers, up to 5 flowers and maybe 2 sides greens. RATE: 5/5 OVERALL : What a lovely grand reopening event. I enjoyed my stay. Thanks for all of the goodies and raffle prizes. Don't forget to check them out. They had new furnitures in at resonable prices.

I just want to share my experience at Ashley furniture yesterday. I came in looking to purchase a…read morenew recliner chair. I was greeted right as I walked in. Asked if I was looking for anything specific and directed to the area of the store I could find them. Everything was smooth and as I expected coming in. I hadn't even sat in a chair yet before the sales lady came back asking if I had any questions. I kindly told her no and told her I would be looking around. She walked away. Long story short, she continued to hound me with the same question every minute I was there. It made me feel like I wanted to hide. I loathe this type of sales tactic. IF I needed help, I would find the help or look around helpless. After about 30 minutes there, I genuinely found a chair I liked and could see myself purchasing. At that time I asked her for her help. She offered to see what kind of discount she could get me since they were having an "up to 25%" off sale. She then preceded to ask me for my name, phone number, email address, and then once she asked for my mailing address I stopped her right there. I wasn't looking to give her my info freely so the company could hound me with calls, mailers and junk e-mail, I just wanted a price. My patience was wearing thin. Finally she accepted my zip code only and provided me with the price. I asked for the sale price however instead of providing that, she gave me the price it would be with their warranty, delivery and tax. NOT what I asked for. Price was around $1400. I asked hehe to see the breakdown. They gave me 15% off which ended up covering the delivery fee. I had them remove the warranty and the price came down to $1201. I asked for some time to discuss it with the people I brought with me so she walked away. After 1 minute she came back saying she talked to her manager and was able to add the warranty back on and give me a bigger discount. Ultimately making the chair price now $1194. Is this a joke? At that time she was making the whole experience bad. I truly felt like I was buying a car on a car lot. My household has bought our last 4 furniture pieces for Ashley furniture but this was horrible. We had gone to Living Spaces before coming here. I wanted to see what options I had. After being greeted when entering and asked if we had been there before, they let us know that none of the employees work off commission and would not be pushing anything on us. I couldn't believe the comfort I had in my shopping experience there. They had plenty of people around and a few checked in with us through out the time there. But I never once felt pressured to buy anything or haggle on anything. And though I ultimately didn't buy a chair there, it was because I didn't find the right chair. Though I really did want to buy one there. We ended up leaving Ashley and going to Mor. I found a chair I liked there too and it was more affordable and the warranty and delivery were cheaper. We had a sales person greet us and check in with us every 10 minutes or so. But they gave us space and freedom. Overall, Ashley furniture, you need to calm down on your sales agents (sharks). They stand around looking for chum in the water. I also didn't like seeing 3 of them stand around and talk about how one of them just lost the sale because their buyers left and they didn't know why. How they spent so much time on them and thought they had it. Save that talk for the break room. Your customers are people, not $$$. Do better or I won't be surprised when you're out of business.

Great, chill, service and sales people. Used Jake, professional and easy to work with. I'm a person…read morewho's going to ask alls sorts of questions people may never have heard before. I like detail and am generally well thought out. And I don't jump into things without doing my homework, taking my time. Jake was a natural fit and worlds better than the 2 other provider/distributers that I'd taken off of my list. I wanted the ability to use voice control with the fireplace and another location either lied or were misinformed when they told me that 'nobody carries that, think about how unsafe that would be.' Of course I didn't believe that and hit the web to see that Heat n' Glow DOES have that wi-fi/voice feature as an option. Of course you need the infrastructure which I already did since most of my lights, my thermostat already were and I used ECHO throughout my home. This I knew was going to be special.... The showroom is vast and they offer all sorts of other things here. The fireplace displays were helpful showing a range of models and features with lots of interior and front design options. The efficiency of the models and with other manufacturers was about the same, 73%. Keep in mind that an OPEN, wood burning fireplace is 80-90% INEFFICIENT. Oh, it's gonna be special... The 3K rebate only applies to one fireplace. My home has two large fireplaces and I decided to do the one in the room that get's used more. Makes sense, eh? The size of what I have in the house allowed me to get their largest insert offering the most viewable area. Special... Having named my home/property, "Moon Base Alpha" it was not surprise that I settled on the Cosmos 35" insert with the LEAST fancy, most modern front available. I'd jumped into reconfiguring the fireplace, modifying the brick work, refacing the structure myself and bought the tools to accomplish this task. While working on the hearth, I detected a gas leak in the shut off valve and bought a smaller Makita jackhammer to get to it. I mention this because IF you have an older home, YOU should check the valve as over time, they will leak... The day arrive when the install team consisting of 2 guys arrived. I found them to be easy to work with and detailed. I installed a custom, thick stainless steel chimney chase that I had manufactured and used Rock Wool under the chase to further lock out the elements. Had to be, special... The unit was installed and up and running in a couple of hours. I was left to deal with the 'voice control' set up which requires a application, tapping into your Amazon Echo account, linking up etc. For me, this was easy. 'cause I'm special... Needless to say, this upgrade did a lot for the 'base.' It looked so much better, was practical and tightened up the air flowing in and out of the open chimney. A big energy pig. Having the ability to wake up in the morning and tell the fireplace to start and walking out into a warm room after a shower is fantastic. Voice control is nothing less than sublime. And, to get a nice big 3k check back was pretty hard not to be grateful for. Prior to this upgrade, I would NEVER have used this fireplace. Now I'm using it all the time. And rather than heating up the whole base, 2350 sq ft, I'm just heating the large kitchen/second office area using a fraction of what I'd been forced to spend to heat the base earlier. Was, cha-ching, special.... I'm grateful for the resources to complete the just over 6k project, the skills to complete much of the work, the good people helping me to accomplish these goals and the enhancement of the base, the lower bills and the comfort. Life got better. Thank you Lord for this wonderful blessing, the remodel and the rebate! All good things come from you and I'm grateful! Please reach out to Jake and Central Distributing for any of your needs. IF you go to some of these other places, it's like a used car salesman/women assault! Did my homework and guys, this upgrade was special! -G

At the self checkout, a staff member approached me unprompted and proceeded to scan every single item before I even got a chance to scan one item, treating me like a criminal. I wasn't asking for help, but this employee felt the need to micromanage my purchase, while completely ignoring the other customers around me, some of whom were clearly waiting for assistance. Not to mention he stood right there while we paid and even instructed us (to put in our Home Depot card into the machine, who needs that much help? )and then walked away once payment was rendered. This is beyond frustrating. It felt discriminatory and downright disrespectful. To top it off, I spent $300 on plants during this trip, plus my husband purchased drywall. The fact that I was treated this way is infuriating. It's even more insulting when I know there are frequent instances at this same location where people leave without paying, yet paying customers like myself are subjected to this appalling level of scrutiny. This kind of treatment is unacceptable and completely undermines any loyalty I've had to this company. I expect a clear explanation of what happened and how Home Depot plans to ensure this doesn't happen again. No customer, especially one who's spent thousands of dollars, should ever be made to feel like a criminal.
