The price was very competitive; they really wanted to earn the business, which they did. Moe was in constant communication through the project, explaining each of the steps required to get our back patio and front walkway looking brand new Moe's team did a great job with his team over two days. They power washed the backyard patio, staircase to the sun room, as well as the basement walkout the first day. They went back the following day and filled in all the missing mortar that had worn from r the 17 year flat blue slate and brick patio. For the second day for the front walkway, they grinded and removed all the old temporary chalking, removed the brick boarders (dozens of bricks) carefully along the curb of the walkway, poured 4" concrete footing, re-laid the brick boarders on the footing, and power washed the entire walk way including the steps and portico landing to the front entrance. They ensured the used the correct coloring for the mortar, and took great care to cleanup and haul away all leftover materials. Use their service with confidence. read more

Moe came out and seemed to expertly assess what needed to be done to remedy the trip hazard that a raised curb directly in front of our sidewalk was causing. He quoted a price which seemed reasonable that involved the demolition and rebuilding of the curb and gutter, into which he threw in some additional repairs to the mortar in an adjoining brick wall. Once he got started, however, he kept discovering additional problems (which indeed existed) and the repair costs escalated until I ended up paying over twice what I was initially prepared to pay. He and his crew did an excellent job on the curb, gutter,and sidewalk rebuild. The brick mortar repairs were more slapdash. Moe definitely knows his stuff when it comes to concrete repair. Owner came out for what I thought was a free estimate for work (had gotten several other contractors out to do estimaates). I got another contractor to do the immediate work before we moved into the house and was going to have Mo with BRIGHT FUTURE CONSTRUCTION do the other work. But he responded with a nasty text as follows: "So all that running around and figuring out all your problems was for free thanks for nothing Bye -- And honestly you got ripped off for the property because there's a lot more issues that I did not even talk to you about. I spent days interviewing for a professional and ethical mason to design and develop a stone pathway, dry laid stone wall, flagstone patio and French drain, and I was extremely lucky to meet Moe of Bright Future Construction. Moe and his team were incredible hands down. He designed and executed perfectly to my taste. His team were prompt to start work each day and always gave me honest answers to my tough questions. I contacted Moe and had a good conversation by phone. I looked forward to meeting him in person to discuss my project. We set up an appointment date and time. He was a no show. When I contacted him, he said he was in a car accident that day and asked if we could reschedule. No problem at all. We set up another appointment for later in the week with a one hour window. I live in a end unit townhome with a fence around my backyard. Moe and his team transformed my 680 sqft backyard that had dead grass/mud/weeds everywhere into a space I can now use! Being able to finally walk in my backyard barefoot is what I was dreaming of. Him and his team did an awesome job installing pavers in every inch within my fence. He made sure to add a small slope to prevent water from draining to my neighbors house. All the digging, lifting heavy pavers, leveling made me realize I was absolutely crazy to think I'd do this myself! Moe and his team did a great job for us. We had them relay a walkway, fix problems with stones and bricks on our patio and our chimney, and do drainage work.
