I had some work done recently and all of the horrible workmanship this company did came back to light. Guessing the crew has completely turned over since then, but if "Cook" is still working there you shouldn't let him in your house. Awful work. Unprofessional and sloppy. Once, one of his guys was putting up a track fixture. They didn't have the proper 'connectors' so they decided to duct tape 2 segments of track together with a piece of electrical conduit. I could go on and on about the crappy work they did. Just horrible. Perhaps they've changed.

After waiting for 3 hours for the tech to arrive I got a message saying that he would be late (at least another hour). I had to run some errands, so I explained where the existing generator was to the office contact and told her that there was no need for the tech to talk to us because none of the work required inside access. The tech came when we were out (I caught him on our surveillance cameras) and inspected the location of the old generator, then left. Two days went by and there was no follow up (no contact at all) from the office about my quote. Over the next week I asked three more times and got no response. Out of the 3, I chose Fail Safe Electric. They were the most knowledgeable. They were able to start right away and came on time. The electrician that installed the Tesla charger was super helpful. We chatted about placement and what was best for my garage and car placement. So, the electrician went above and beyond and spent extra time and resources on project to accommodate me. He said and I quote, "I just really want you to be happy with your setup, that's the most important thing" I really impressed with Lou and Pete. I will call them for any electrical needs in the future. If you need a Tesla charger for your new car, call them!
