I made an appointment due to some minor pain and I was given some x-rays by the nice front desk lady, which was odd to me that they did not have a receptionist, a nurse, and a dentist but instead the woman at the front desk was working about 3 different jobs at once. She was very kind though, and was not the issue. Anyhow, I receive my x-rays and as soon as Dr. Anderson looks at them, he says my wisdom teeth are coming in and they need to be taken out. He did not even ask me why I was there, or the pain I was feeling- he just automatically said that's what the problem was and sent me out. I was only there for about 5 minutes and never received any answers. I am no dentist, and my wisdom teeth MAY need taken out (though 3 out of 4 have come in and they have not affected me whatsoever- and the pain I was experiencing was not associated with any 3 of the 4 teeth, nor was it even close to being near my wisdom teeth whatsoever) I would have liked to gotten some answers but instead was treated very rudely and definitely will never return to this horrid office, it was a joke! Definitely would not recommend, and most definitely am finding a new dentist!
