Beside a 7 Eleven store I occasionally use for gas sits a neighborhood park that I knew was not on Yelp. So a few clicks later others can now find this little playground.
The location is just off the corner of Dam Neck and Brigand's Way beside the 7-11 store. Parking is off street and most likely offers enough at anytime of the day.
There is nothing to get excited about, but yet it has the basics. A playground with two slides. Swings for toddlers and youth. It also had a small shelter with a picnic table that seats six. Unfortunately there is a light amount debris in the surrounding area. The park offers one trash can up front.
The side and back yard offer enough space to throw, or kick a ball and it's been recently mowed. However, today's conditions are rough with it being very wet. As in most Virginia Beach Parks the hours are sunrise to sunset.
No recommendation to go out of your way, but if this is your neighborhood enjoy and take care of picking up the trash. read more
