She answered millions of questions that we had. She even gave us three free candies, we bought only $8 worth of stuff! So she definitely knows how to keep customer coming back! I like when small gestures like that happens, it's not very common this days! People don't just give free stuff! Anyway, the chocolates are amazing, dark chocolates are very good. The lady mentioned when I said "this place reminds me of sea's", that's it's better than sea's. She is right! I am a critic of any food (mostly chocolates). My favorite was definitely the cookies, I enjoy matcha in general and thought the combination of matcha with chocolate was a tasty and creative one! They were sweet but not too sweet and had a great chewy texture that held up well in their journey from SF to NYC. Overall, the customer service is prompt and the goodies are clearly made with care. I appreciate that shipping is available nationwide and that the delivery cost is incorporated into the menu price so it is easy to mentally calculate my total bill. Glancing at the menu, you can tell that After By Tori is pricier than your average bulk box of cookies at a grocery store, but you get the high quality that you pay for :-) They are open and receptive to feedback on their products and packaging as well. On social media, you are gifted with the additional treat of behind-the-scenes photos and videos as orders are being fulfilled and new recipes are being explored.
