I called and Rock Island location early this morning and they set aside a bottle of this wax with my name on it. 5 hours later I walked into the store and was waited upon by Nicolaus. He was very helpful and personable, As I was leaving the store, he and another employee were hustling to get outside to help another customer. Excellent service at this location.
