I can't say enough good things about Bridgeport staff (Misti, Thalia and Juan, specifically. )We were there more than two years and always had the support and flexibility we needed to live there. There were constant improvements being made, like fixing the parking lot and adding a security detail for the night. Yes, the rent is not cheap. But no where is cheap as of 2021. You might as well get the best bang for your buck. The gym has just enough. The pool is huge. The only two constant heartaches I've had were the hot tub and building signage. The hot tub was amazing when it worked. But when it was down, there was no telling when it would be up again. And the building signage still needs improvement, especially with Covid spurring more grocery and package deliveries. Maybe an added sign on the other entrance, and lower signs on the building sides? Otherwise, I highly recommend Bridgeport! read more

Scheduled a self guided tour, but it was super confusing. I went into the office and the team was standing around chitchatting for a good 10 mins. They did not acknowledge me until I finally interrupted. Even then, they weren't very helpful. Terrible experience. That pretty much killed it for me. I can't stand poor customer service. I liked the one-bedroom apartment with the wrap around balcony. Other than that, it's a pretty ugly complex. Tiny dog park. Weird location. Low vibrations. I like the staff. The maintenance people. All the humans I encountered are fine. I also think the inside of the apartment is fine. So why give it 3 stars? It's because I think Fairfield is a weird place. I think that location in Fairfield is even weirder. I went on walks multiple times per day from the apartments down the path towards Scandia, and crossing on Link Rd, even over the freeway to Safeway. I constantly saw people that didn't belong there. On the way to Safeway and near it, those are homeless people. But not everybody is homeless. Some of them look out of place, like they belong in a ghetto. Or just in a different part of town. One day, twice in that same day, I was either yelled at somebody standing at the intersection near 7/11, or somebody walking down the street with a boom box yelling rap music laced with profanity and the N-word. I limited walking around the gas stations because there are just so many strange people around there. There's a guy who lives in that complex who walks up and down the street babbling to himself. There was a guy walking up and down Pittman in from of the complex barefoot, looking like a tweaker. There are cars in the parking lot covered with dust like they haven't been moved in weeks. It's not about the apartment itself, it's about the people around it or even living in it. There are too many weirdos and I had to get out of there. I exited the apartment after only 5 months. Life is too short to not enough living some place. The only other thing I'll say is Bridgeport Ranch loosely uses the word "luxury" in their title. What is luxury? Look at Bridgeport Ranch. Doesn't luxury suggest something above average? Something that could be considered rich? There's nothing rich about Bridgeport Ranch. it's just a normal standard apartment complex with avg people in it. Even though there is a "no dumping" sign on the dumpsters, people who move out from there constantly stack up their furniture next to the dumpster? I rented a nice one bedroom unit. No complaints about the unit itself. The amenities in the leasing office are nice too. The staff at the front desk suck and don't respond to emails. They've been working at Bridgeport for a long time, so they're awfully cozy with some less than stellar long-time renters that they turn a blind eye to for breaking rules. The website states that certain dog breeds aren't allowed to live on the property. But these less than stellar renters own some of these prohibited breeds. The ladies that work for Bridgeport conveniently procrastinate whenever people order packages en-mass. Like for holidays or Prime Day. The employees have lost some of my packages that have medical equipment that I sorely need on the regular. And I even made sure to avoid ordering during high package volume times of the year. They shouldn't have an excuse, especially when we pay a monthly fee for Parcel Pending. Bridgeport seems to get worse every year. When I first moved in, it was a quiet cozy property. By the time I left, Bridgeport has raised its rent significantly and I heard domestic violence happening between a couple in the middle of the night. read more

I have to say Bridgeport Ranch has an awesome maintenance team. I've only needed to call a few times for minor things. The first time they called within 15 min and came right away. When I put in a work order depending on the time of day, they call me the same day and take care of the issue or it's taken care of the next day. The last apartment complex I was at for 4 years I had to continually call and message multiple times just to get any kind of response. It's so nice to know that it only takes one call or message and within 24 hrs or less and the issue will be taken care of. I really appreciate all the guys on the maintenance team. Hi my name is Lauren and my mother is a tenant at Bridgeport ranch. My grandmother and I came to visit this last week and I just have to say how disgusting and disappointing it is knowing my mother lives on a property that is handled by unethical, and unprofessional management. I called to report a vehicle illegally parked in the handicap spot near building 7 which was parked there almost everyday we visited and then I was made aware by the towing staff that they reached out to the property office and was told to not tow that vehicle by the property manager. Come to find out by my mother that the person who parks there is an employee of the company and so they allow this person to just do what they want. I spoke to other neighbors and I guess this is a mutual feeling that it doesn't matter if you make reports they don't do anything because the employee lives on the property as well. Not only does it smells like marijuana but the loud music and yelling is not ok. The few tenants I spoke to have said many complaints have been made against the employee but nothing ever gets resolved. Not only is this upsetting but it goes against ADA regulations and this is illegal. I will be making a formal complaint with the better business bureau and the authorities. My grandmother is a disabled person and it's hard for her to walk far. You would think your employees would follow the laws especially for disabled and elderly people. But the fact that the property manger allows one of her employees to behave this way as a tenant is very concerning. I will be doing everything I can to help my mother find a different residence as I am concerned for her well being at this point. read more

I STOP BY THE OFFICE ALL WEEK AND CALL YOU GUYS AND NOBODY ANSWERS. Anyone else have this problem? Even the guy who helped with my package said he doesn't know why nobody's ever there at the job. 0/10. I loved this place when I first moved in everyone is super friendly and it's a great place I thought. Until my apartment got broken into by three men in ski masks and I called the police and made a police report. The office never helped me receive the camera footage even with the police report and me making it a huge deal multiple times. I felt so unsafe here and instead of allowing me to cancel my contract they insisted I stay here another 30 days because that is there rules. Regardless of the rules if 3 grown men and a woman break into my house at 3am and there is a police report I would like something done. Still to this day have I not received any confirmation of the license plate or anything even after making it a big deal and involving the police. The leasing agents are nice but the actual manager is inconsiderate and cares about nothing but money. 0/10 unless you want to get robbed and have nobody care except for your safety except for there money at this place. I will be making a huge deal out of this on social media as well. read more

Unreasonable about getting our parking moved closer. Literally suggested to switch parking spot with the unit across our own because they are moving, it would have not at all greatly affected anyone. Anyways, upon monitoring all my neighbors, their parking spot are near their apartment as they should be. Ours is like a journey's away! Close spots near us are 20-30's. Our spot is high 60's. Who the hell decided that! Not to mention we are on the third floor. Would have completely loved this place, but that is literally my number 1 hate/love a place. Will continue to be displeased our whole stay. Just a friendly FYI. First thing my neighbor warned us is that there are often car thefts in here. Dont leave any valuables in your car. Our first tour of these aparentments, someone's full car was stolen. Just be aware and vigilant. read more

There is this one dog in the apartment that constantly barking nonstop for a few hours each day. It's frustrating coming home from a long workday and to have to deal with all the barking from 7pm-10pm. The dog's owner just leave him on the balcony all day and everyday of the week (pet abuse). The apartment did not do anything to try to resolve the issue, which is VERY frustrating! This has been an ongoing problem since they moved in (6mons or more now). We want to move out because of this issue and they wanted 2 months worth of rent and a 30days notice to break our lease (3mons total), seriously?...would not recommend this place if you want some peace and quiet. They gone above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and safe in my new apartment. In addition, the maintenance team have been so easy to work with. I lived here for a little over 2 years and moved out to sac for something a bit less money. The apartments are a little pricey, but they are nice and the staff is what really makes this place great. Maintenance was kind to my lil dog even though she barks at them and they are always around to fix something in a timely manner. I can't say enough nice things about Thalia in the office. She does such a great job, is kind and caring, and you can tell she is a good person at heart. Overall this was a very nice place to stay, and worth the money. 10/10 would live here again :) read more

I can say the best thing about this complexes besides the staff is the location! It's quiet, near a trail and close to restaurants. After the year we lived here, I can full heartedly say I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone. The crap you have to go through during your time living here is just not worth the amount you will have to pay in rent. I could write a short novel about the issues we've had living here. BUT to be fair, the maintenance guys are friendly and always fixed those issues quickly, even if the fixes weren't permanent (you can only do so much if the place is made cheaply). From waking up to cops swarming the parking lot to being charged rent even though we no longer live there, it has been a shit experience. Any disputes we had about noise were always ignored or they would say action was being taken and yet, nothing changed. EVERY SINGLE MONTH, we were charged more than we were supposed to be paying and every month they told us they'd have it fixed by the next month. We constantly had spiders and wasps coming in through our screens that were never replaced... I'm trying to find something positive to share to outweigh the negatives but there's nothing I can think of other than having a washer and dryer in your apartment is convenient. Finding out today that my account was charged again even though I no longer live there really topped it off. The steps I have to go through now with the bank to get that money back is ridiculous. Initially, like most others, we ignored the reviews. I thought "No, these are probably just pissed off tenants trying to vent. With the right attitude, it can't be that bad." But now I'M a pissed off (ex)tenant and I advise you strongly to find another apartment complex. read more

I've called Bridgeport my home for a little over two years. I have nothing but good things to say about this apartment complex. First, the community areas such as the clubhouse, gym and swimming pool are always well maintained. The clubhouse offers snacks and beverages and is just a nice place to hang out during the day. The gym offers many different machines to get a complete workout. The swimming pool and jacuzzi is a great place to hang out on hot days or whenever you just want to get into the water. Second, The staff is always nice and professional. You really get to know them and they get to know you too. They'll see you around the complex and always greet you and they'll call you by your name. Cecilia and Misty in the office are always available whenever you have questions. Juan and John in maintenance are always happy to help if you have a maintenance issue or any questions. I lived at Bridgeport Ranch for 3 years and loved it there! I only left to move closer to my hometown once my job went remote. The pool and spa are beautiful and well maintained, the gym is great. The package hub system they have is fantastic. The maintenance is incredible, always prompt and friendly. I love the staff there, they are very sweet and accommodating. Plenty of parking, grounds are well maintained, and the apartments themselves are beautiful and on trend. I was sad to leave. I definitely recommend them! read more

BEWARE! New renters STAY AWAY. This place is NOT luxurious, everything is made out of super Cheap plastic that goes bad with in the first month of you moving in, then they charge you thousands of dollars to replace the bathroom and kitchen and carpet as soon as you move out! Also BUG INFESTED, rodents, worms, and you have to get used to tribes of ants living with you, thousands and thousands of ants in your apartment! I lived on the 3rd floor and had NO kids I was living alone I had a tv a couch and a bed and it was still that bad! 1. The opposite of luxury. 2. Bug infested/ filthy. 3. $$$$$$$ thousands to replace the terribly cheap kitchen and bathroom they supply you with 4. Rental deposit Scam! 5. I've lived here for 2 years and it's been a terrible experience. The office staff are extremely unprofessional, and the office is often closed when it should be open. At least have common courtesy to let residents know when the office will be closed during normal hours. Security is abysmal, our mailbox has been broken into twice, even after the staff promised to get security after the first break in, never happened. There have been multiple instances of loud fights in the parking area and most mornings I find homeless people going through the dumpsters. The pool might as well be for the Cordelia community because kids are constantly going through the UNLOCKED gate to get in. I do like the maintenance staff, very nice people and always quick to help us out. Unfortunately, they work for terrible property owners. My husband and I cannot be more excited to move out at the end of the year! read more

I've lived here for almost 3 years and I have thoroughly enjoyed my time here. The staff both in the leasing office and on the maintenance team are responsive in a reasonable amount of time. They recently did some area beautification around the community and the grounds are beautiful. They are also slowly doing upgrades throughout the community such as new kitchen sinks and countertops. The parcel lockers are also an amazing way to get your deliveries safely. Kitchens are a great size especially the laundry room. Rooms and bathrooms are a good size as well. The location is perfect as well, right near freeway access for both 680, 80, and 12. Also near plenary of gas stations, food and grocery shopping. I wish I wasn't moving but sadly I am due to work. read more

Overall it was a good year in our first apartment. However the building we were in, (8) has literally 7 guest parking spots to share with 3 -4buildings. So If you have more than one car be prepared to walk a little. This building is also subject to loud cars, motorcycles and the train that comes by a couple times a day. It wasn't toooooo bad though. Yes it's true the mailboxes were broken into multiple times so now residents have to go in office to pick up mail. Maintenance was nice and a staff member that's no longer there was also helpful so hence 3 stars. This complex also has a pool, small play area for kids and a gym as well. I had to knock down a couple stars because after move out I had constantly tried calling AND messaging them to ask a simple question about anything I needed to owe. No response. read more
