RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE - this is only one of the many issues that I have with this apartment complex and property management. I am sick and tired of people, whether they are visitors or current tenants parking on my paid parking space. Parking has been a challenge living in this complex, and the solution I was presented was to pay for my parking space, which I have done so for over a year now. The amount of times that others have parked in my parking space is also numerous, and I am sick and tired having to come from work late in the day and finding someone else using my parking space, having to go across the street, and park a block from here. This is fucking ridiculous. I have asked the office on multiple occasions as to what steps I should take to make sure that the vehicles get removed as I am not paying for someone else to park in my parking space. The response one time was called the security people, and they will help you take care of this. The name of the security that I was given at one point was SVT Protective Services. Then a couple of months later, after I could not get the security to come because they had ended the contract, I was told after reaching out to the office that I should call All About Security who would be able to take care of this situation. The number that I was given for this was 707-980-7093. On multiple occasions after people park in my space, I have called this number only to be sent to voicemail, leaving a voicemail and nothing happening. After reaching out to your office to inform you that no one ever picks up when I call to that phone for All About Security, I am told that I should call the emergency maintenance manager who would be on call for such incidents. Well, today, I have called all numbers given, and no one seemed to be available, not even the emergency maintenance manager, which, if this were a real emergency, we would be left to wait for the office to open until the next day. If you did not know by now, I am pissed. I am pissed that I have to pay for parking and for others to park in my space. You have falsy represented the fact that we have security on call, we do not. You have let me, and other tenants know that there is an emergency maintenance manager on call, well let me inform you that there is not. If you are paying for this, make sure that you adjust his or her compensation as every time that I have called this emergency contact has never been available. I can't wait for my lease to be over so that I can leave this place for good. The lack of responsiveness, the lack of attention and the lack of help offered to the current residents are unbelievable, and I will be posting this email online for people to truly see who Bennington Apartments really is, or who the management really is, and yes this is referring to AMC Apartment Management Consultants. I do not want to have to come home and have to deal with this on a weekly basis. I am tired of this. In response to the comment below from Bennington. ------ I do not think that even after explaining where my discontent with the property is coming from you would do anything about it. Your promises or follow up is none existent. This morning for example, I called to ask you to address the unauthorized vehicle in my parking space which was still there, ( I am attaching a photo of the vehicle), and I was told that I'd be getting a call back when this was addressed. It is 2:20 pm and I have not received a call so I am going to assume that yet again the vehicle will still be in my parking space by the time I arrive home. I can go on and on about things that I do not like or have issues with. Like the sink situation where something underneath kitchen sink is leaking and every time someone has come out nothing has been addressed because they do not find a leak. Now that the wood is rotten I hope you are able to find it. Let me know, I can continue.

Currently Christina Gregory manages the community, and her friendliness, attention to detail, and proactive stance on keeping residents happy and improving the community are A+. Again, the amenities of the community, both the common areas outside your apartment and the quality and craftmanship inside the unit, are superb. The maintenance staff, led by Manny, is also great. You won't find a better overall community in the Fairfield/Suisun area, guaranteed!

On Wednesday, I was contacted around 1:30 PM and told there was a reported odor and a concern that something may be dead in the wall. I permitted maintenance to enter my unit and informed them that my partner was present, so they should knock for access. Maintenance entered my unit later that afternoon, cut a hole in the wall, and left -- without any follow-up communication to me. I received no explanation, no status update, and no information about what was found or what would happen next. The following day, after I reached out asking why I had not been informed, I was told that maintenance had updated the office at 5 PM the same day. However, that information was never communicated to me. The issue was not timing -- it was the complete lack of communication. I later learned (only after continued follow-up and going into the office myself) that a dead animal had been found inside my wall, and a trap had been placed. This information should have been shared immediately, as it is clearly a health and habitability concern. What was most frustrating was being told that communication would not always be timely due to other units, and feeling as though I was being dismissed rather than supported. It should not take repeated emails, in-person visits, and escalation just to receive basic information about work done inside my home. I appreciate the maintenance staff member who eventually explained the situation, but overall, management's handling of this situation -- particularly the lack of transparency and urgency -- was disappointing. I strongly encourage management to improve communication with residents, especially when maintenance involves health or safety issues.

After coming back from an overseas assignment, I was given an apartment that was absolutely filthy. There were spiders and cobwebs in every corner, pet hair everywhere--embedded in the carpet, the dryer, the refrigerator drawers, and even coming out of the air vent. & I've never owned a pet, so this was especially disturbing. It was clear no one bothered to clean between tenants. The bathtub was so cracked and disgusting that I requested it be replaced. The office staff, promised someone would come out to measure it, but 10 months went by without any follow-up, and the bathtub was never replaced. Danielle was completely unprofessional and careless when she disclosed my apartment number to a random man touring the complex, telling me she thought "we'd be cute together." This led to months of discomfort and anxiety to even come home. When it came time to move out, the entire process was infuriating. My forwarding address "got lost," and I received zero communication from the office. They tried to charge me full rent for the month, even though the prorated rent had already been calculated, they failed to update the portal to reflect the right amount so I couldn't pay on time, and then had the audacity to put a "failure to pay rent" notice on my door. Rosie, the manager, over-promises and underdelivers, consistently failing to take responsibility for the simplest of tasks. Both Danielle and Rosie were careless, unprofessional, and incredibly frustrating to deal with. They have poor listening skills, don't follow through on commitments, and honestly seem to care more about avoiding their responsibility than actually helping residents. As for the auto-generated and insincere "apology"--I have no desire to reach out to anyone on this team. I would not recommend Sandpiper Village to anyone, especially military members, who deserve much better. The only positive aspect of this complex is the maintenance team, who were consistently pleasant and kept their word. Unfortunately, the poor management and overall lack of professionalism outweigh any positives here. This place is overpriced for the terrible service and quality of living it offers. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to live!

Pros: -The management is professional and responds quickly to maintenance requests. -The apartment complex is clean and the apartment itself is spacious. The apartments are beautiful, brand new, and truly feel like luxury, with high-quality appliances and thoughtful finishes. The amenities are incredible: a stylish clubhouse, movie room, gaming room, spacious gym with a separate yoga studio, coffee machine, large pool with hot tub, a dog park, and plenty of grassy areas perfect for walking your pup (which you should definitely do, lol). We always felt safe living here. The gate was consistently closed and secure, and we never had any issues safety-wise. They also have security on-site at night, which gave us extra peace of mind. The only small issue we had at the beginning was with parking during peak times and weekends, especially if you don't have a garage or an assigned carport. But once we decided to pay the $50/month for an assigned spot, it was smooth sailing. The leasing office also does a great job managing the parking situation. Speaking of the leasing office: La Shaunda is amazing! She's always friendly, helpful, and truly goes above and beyond to manage the entire property. The maintenance team is also top-notch. When our fridge stopped working, they responded immediately and took care of it right away. That said, the pricing is definitely on the higher side compared to other apartments in Fairfield, especially if you're looking for a larger unit. But if it's within your budget, you absolutely get what you pay for, a clean, modern, luxury-feeling place to call home. We genuinely loved living here. It was bittersweet saying goodbye. The community is welcoming, the neighbors are great, and we made lasting friendships during our time. I highly recommend Nova to anyone looking for a high-quality, safe, and beautiful place to live in Fairfield. Also do not hesitate to ask me any questions!

One of the main reasons we chose to stay here was the fact that it is supposed to be a smoke-free community. This is not at all the case, as you will smell weed almost nightly, and when management does get complaints, all they do is send out a mass email informing everyone that the community is smoke-free, but they never actually do anything. In fact, anything that gets a complaint, double parking, sometimes triple parking in loading zones all night, animals relieving themselves in the hallways, and people not picking up after themselves all get a mass email. There are zero consequences at this place because all they care about is money. Community equipment never gets fixed. We lived there for about two years, and both stationary cycles in the yoga room were broken even after telling them multiple times. The fire pit outside was broken for over a year, and was not fixed when we left. Now we will get to the bigger issues. In September of last year, this community had mulitple break in's to the garages, and not one mass email was sent out warning people to take caution. These break-ins happened over a couple of weeks, and then when ours got hit, they replaced the locks without even calling us or the police to try to get fingerprints. To this date, they have yet to fix the side door to the building that the thief used to get in. Now on to our apartment, we lived on the fourth floor, and every time it rained, the roof would leak into our bathroom. Multiple attempts were made to address the issue, but it was not until I slipped in the middle of the night that they actually got a roofing company out to fix the problem. This was over a year after the first ticket was in to fix it. With all of this going on, we decided to leave, and they will not waive our lease buyout fee. We could have taken them to small claims, and still might, as they did not provide a moisture-free dwelling for us to live in, nor did they ever provide a dehumidifier to dry out the ceiling. All this place cares about is money, so beware of how shady they are. Do not stay here just because they are one of the newest in town.

I haven't lived here even a year yet and I have experienced many concerning issues. 1. Rodents- I have seen rodents on several occasions throughout the complex, on my patio and in my apartment. For a complex to expect rent of 2300 a month, this absolutely should not be an issue. 2. Unhoused Individuals- This complex is supposed to be secure and safe-it is gated! However I have seen unhoused individuals in the trash area several times. They supposedly have 24 hour security but they are not doing a good job in the slightest. One day I opened my window to see an unhoused person set up camp right outside my window! The property's reply? If it's on the street side of the apartment, it's not their problem! Are you serious? 3. I have experienced not one but two attempted break ins. The complex did not care. Again, where is security? One person who tried to break in was a neighbor who lives close. The property said they would talk to him and it was probably an accident. There was never any follow up after I complained. Will be uploading the video of the attempted break in soon. 4. Pedophiles- I as a single mother was mortified to find out that two pedophiles live in the complex! They have not informed anyone about this from my knowledge. There are children who freely roam and play around here because they believe this is a safe environment. However it is not- It is on Meghan's law which is public information.
