I tried to call on Saturday the 14th to verify all was ready but the phone just continually rang and rang and rang. No machine and no answer. On Sunday the 15th I dropped my car off at J & L and left my keys on the box. Job to take 2-3 days per Frank. Today I called to see how things were going and they told me they had not even touched the car yet. I get that hiring reliable people is difficult due to Biden's handouts, but what happened to common courtesy. One phone call to me is all that would have been required to explain the situation. I can't just leave them my car and hope it's done in the next week or two! I have responsibilities to my family and work. I will never deal with people who are so epically disrespectful. I really appreciated his honesty; he told me not 100% would come off but it would be much btter for the car value not to repaint in this case. All the bodyshop in Edison area was busy giving me estimate of $150 - $250 for this job. She walked out with me and went over the damages to my she stated that she could have the car done within two weeks. She would order the parts and let me know when they came in. I would drop off my car once the ports came in and she make sure that the repairs were completed in time. After I off my car, she told me it would be approximately two weeks. To my surprise, the car was done and only seven business days. I went over to the shop to pick it up and couldn't even tell that my car was ever in an accident. True workmanship at its best. I call and threaten him with police and hefinally gives in. All in all he held my car hostage for 2 days refusing to release fee info to insurance in order to old my car longer hoping to perform the adjustment and fix my car. HE ONLY WANTS $$$$$$$! HE'S A SCAM ARTIST REFUSING THE INSURANCE ADJUSTER TO LOOK AT MY CAR AND PAY FOR THE FEES. AVOID THIS GARAGE AT ALL COSTS!!!
