All three appointments (initial try-on, alterations, final fitting) felt so private, peaceful, and special and Carla and the team were all so incredibly kind. I felt like a Barbie princess being so well taken care of as they went all around the room collecting dresses that fit my vision and my budget. I chose Dakota from Casablanca Bridal's Beloved line within one hour, I fell in love with it at the first appointment and will forever be in love with it. It was bittersweet picking up my dress because it meant no more appointments. On my wedding day, my flower girls came into the bridal suite and one of them said "You look like a princess!" which evoked INSTANT tears from one of my bridesmaids. The employees working were given very clear instructions not to let people try on certain dresses. One of them called the new owner on speaker, who rudely explained I couldn't try on a lot of the dresses without an appointment and tried to make different excuses as to why. Cool, no problem, I get that they would want appointments for more expensive dresses. I was there anyway, so I tried on a couple of dresses that were allowed. They have new smart locks on the fitting room doors, which is odd. They also have two cameras directed towards the elevated area with the multiple full length mirrors. I fully support businesses having cameras, but why would two need to be pointed towards the area where CHILDREN shopping for school dances or for quinceañera dresses are going to be standing and posing in front of mirrors? It made me uncomfortable as a grown adult. I would absolutely advise anyone not to bring their children here. I left as soon as I stood there and saw both cameras directed towards me. Absolutely not worth it for a store of highly marked up cheap dresses. PS, most of the dresses are several years old and are now discontinued anyway :)

Unfortunately, had a bad experience here and did not feel welcome at all. There were a few things…read morethat left a sour taste in our mouth. My best friend went here for her dress (I'm the maid of honor) and this was our last stop of the day. From the moment we walked in, we didn't get a warm vibe. I asked for water to which they pointed to their fridge to grab it, whereas other places offered first and grabbed drinks for us. As my best friend was trying on dresses, we kept feeling like our consultant kept pulling things way out there and not what she was asking for. There were definitely a few good pieces but overall didn't feel like she was paying close attention to what she asked. When I asked for something in a warmer shade, she responded that all the dresses are ivory and not white. The bride's mom wanted to walk around and look at dresses while we were waiting. Other shops had no issue with this. But here, the person at the front said they prefer not to do that because it gets overwhelming. She just wanted to get an idea what they had, not trying to run certain dresses. At the end, when the consultant asked if my friend was getting the dress, she wanted time to think about it, and it's like her whole demeanor changed. She wanted her to know on the spot if she was buying. At the end of our appointment (which was 3 PM) the person at the front immediately said "now is the time to use the bathroom because another group is already coming." Our appointment was 1:30-3:00PM, and if you plan to have another group coming, you should allow time for us to exit and you can reset the room. Instead, as soon as we walked out we passed the group entering. This place has potential but they could definitely work on customer service and making a bride feel actually special. We ultimately went with another place who treated our bride right. UPDATE: I appreciate the response from the owner, but I do want to note that I was there right at the appointment time and I was the one who asked for drinks. And when our late guests arrived, I was also the one to tell them where drinks were. Also, we did check the clock when the bathroom was mentioned and it was 3 PM on the dot.

Your stylist will cater initial choices according to your style and your budget, which took a lot of mental strain off me as this was the first boutique visited. I was feeling so much anxiety and pressure and Sabrina helped talk me through the process to mitigate some of that. She had amazing advice on how to sort of frame my mind and help distinguish between what I just thought was pretty and what I could actually see myself wearing on my wedding day. Their dresses are beautiful (no surprise there!) and they have a truly great variety for brides of all tastes. The shop itself is super cute and there's amazing lighting so you can really see the tones of the dresses. 10/10 recommend visiting Love Era Bridal! I even drove from San Diego to visit them. I bought a suit along with a few other items and could not be happier. Sal was easy to work with and gave me a great education on suits and formal wear.
