Ashley took a lot of her time to track down my dresses - sitting on a loading dock in California and then in Dallas TX - due to a shipping strike! Couldn't believe it. She was so apologetic and kept me in the loop on everything so I was never wondering what was going on or where my dresses were. She was absolutely on top of everything. I couldn't have asked for a better advocate for me and my bridal party! The dresses came in on time and looked gorgeous. Everybody loved their dresses and I was SO pleased. When ordering the dress, staff got my color wrong and almost ordered the wrong dress. luckily I caught it. Then told me the dress wasn't out of stock 1 day after telling me there were 3 left in stock. I knew this had to be a mistake and ended up having to talk to 3 different staff members before they could find the correct dress in stock. Now it's a month before my wedding and my wedding dress is literally falling apart at the seams. This should not be happening on a $2,000 dollar dress. I called the store to see what could be done and was informed that nothing could be done and I have to pay to get it fixed myself. As the lady on the phone told me this she did not sound sorry at all and was rather quite rude about it. I am not a fan of people who call businesses just to yell. So I calmly explained the problem and asked what could be done. Imagine my surprise when they informed me they would do nothing about the $2,000 dress falling apart. It was no longer their problem. This was the second bridal shop I had tried to find a wedding dress (something I wasn't even convinced I really wanted). That was until I met Katie in a last minute Saturday morning try on appointment with my future mother-in-law in attendance. She was very friendly, straight forward & made this visit effortless. The experience was comfortable and felt undemanding. What surprised me is; I got a dress that 100% loved on the hanger but was not what I thought I wanted AT ALL! However; when I put it on, I just absolutely loved how fun & unique it was! I'm glad Katie was so honest and had me try on different styles to rule some out. They were kind enough to gift me a vase, card, and flowers. I was truly touched and am so grateful to have been surrounded by supportive women that day.
