Ashley took a lot of her time to track down my dresses - sitting on a loading dock in California and then in Dallas TX - due to a shipping strike! Couldn't believe it. She was so apologetic and kept me in the loop on everything so I was never wondering what was going on or where my dresses were. She was absolutely on top of everything. I stuck it in a drawer and did nothing with it due to the cost. A friend told me to try a local jeweler so I went to Royal Jewelers since it is a block from work. It did take quite awhile to get the repair done (4 months), but it was well worth it! It is gorgeous and perfect and the quote was only $70!!
