My dentist had retired so I was in the market for a new dentist. My friend recommended this place…read moreso I decided to give it a try. They first booked me a cleaning with the hygienist in their Coquitlam location, and the hygienist was very pushy, trying to get me to get Invisalign. I had told the girl that I wasn't in a position to pay $500 a month to get something I didn't NEED. They had called me multiple times thereafter to ask about it. But that wasn't the issue. I visited Suterbrook to get some work done on my teeth. What should've been a 1-2 hour max session turned into 5 whole hours. The dentist was moving back and forth between me and other patients. This was NOT ok, especially since it was during COVID times. I got frustrated so I had asked him and the assistant multiple times to see how much longer I would have to wait, and was given an inaccurate estimate.. again. Would not recommend going here and would not recommend this place to anyone.

I went to the hotel front desk and they suggested I see if your practice could help. We walked over to the office on a friday afternoon at 3:45 and explained my issue. The staff said no problem we can fit you in roughly 20 minutes. They x-rayed, took pictures and were able to prepare my tooth for our two week vacation! I wish I could give this team more that a five star rating! They were professional, kind, responsive without any hesitation. If you were in my neighborhood, I would come to you for all of my dental needs. Thank you for all you did for me! I was so impressed! You are incredible!

I have been to Wall centre Dental a few times now , and my first impression was great as the front…read moredesk girl was pretty nice and the assistants were genuine(Melisa and Dominica) , my dentist was Roshan younger guy also very friendly,Customer service was good. What i didn't like is that this place is crazy busy and on my last appointment i felt my work was rushed , Dr Roshen was running between me and the patient next room, so he was trying to do two work at the same time, in fact he froze the top of my mouth (which even made me not feel my nose for hours) and ended up by not being able to finish the work, my work that was suppose to be an hour lasted more than 2 hours(I waited manytimes with tubes in my mouth while the dentist was in the other room working on someone else), I think its unprofessional for a dentist to freeze someone and then tell em "hey look I am overbooked and i wont finish the work, come back some other time" in a previous appointment the hygienist spent 45 minutes on my cleaning and told me i have to come back for the other half? I have been getting my teeth cleaned 4 times now and this is the first time ever that hygienist has told me i need two appointments for cleaning which i found odd. oh and two appointments means twice the billing:-) Its unfortunate because i liked the staff at wallcentre but I am disappointed and will be looking at my other options in the area ,

As someone who grew up hating the dentist and dreading my dental appointments it takes a lot for me…read moreto enjoy a visit to my dentist. Dr Toews has the best attitude towards his patients. He has a very light touch for both cavities and oral surgery. He will also take the time to explain and answer any of your dental questions. His enthusiasm is also unmatched. I never thought I would ever recommend a dentist TOO ANYONE. Dr Torre presents a very calm demeanour and also has a very light touch when filling cavities. He too is very attentive with all my oral hygiene and tooth related inquiries. These two are the only dental professionals I trust!!!! I have recommended them to all of my friends, and have heard back that they too will never book anywhere else. Life dental is unlike any other dental experience I have ever had; they are very professional and I find my healing time is quicker than ever. The proof is in the pudding. I had a great experience on my first visit to this place…read more First of all, it was the first time I called a clinic and the attendant tried to help me find a solution to my problem instead of just saying no. I booked an appointment for my daughter. The staff was helpful, the assistant was supportive and the dentist ( Dr. Mitchell) was super friendly to my daughter, making her comfortable and giving me clear information about the treatment required. Unfortunately, the clinic doesn't provide the service, but, based on my experience there, I would hugely recommend this clinic.

I went in for a single cracked molar that a different dentist, Dr. Wedman, had identified and…read morescheduled to fix. Dr. Wedman went on parental leave before my appointment, and I was reassigned to Dr. Baird, who I had not met before. Once I was numbed, outfitted with a mouth dam and therefore unable to speak easily, Dr. Baird said cavities often come in pairs and asked to look at the tooth next to the cracked one. I agreed to a look. Without first confirming my consent to any work, he drilled into and filled that second tooth as well. He then found a chip on a third tooth and said he'd fix it "as charity," at no charge. Later in the appointment, after adjusting my bite, he asked if he could shave down part of an untouched, healthy top tooth so it wouldn't sit too high on the brand new filling. I said no, I'd prefer he didn't. He did it anyway. I left having had three teeth worked on instead of the one I came in for, my face covered in tooth dust that no one wiped down until I was handed a wet wipe afterward, and a healthy tooth altered without my consent after I explicitly declined. When I got the bill, the tooth I was told would be free showed a real charge. I'm still working with the office to sort that out, but the billing issue is secondary to the larger problem: a dentist who did not respect a direct "no" during treatment. Georgia Dental's own website quotes Dr. Baird saying "the best dentistry begins with listening." That is the exact opposite of my experience in the chair. Dr. Baird did not listen to me at all. I would not see Dr. Baird again and would think carefully before returning to this office.

He's always been personable, friendly and knowledgeable. He keeps up on what's current in the dental industry. His office seems to run pretty much like clock work and it is rare to be kept waiting more than 5 minutes past the appointment time. The front office staff is the best - friendly and nice every single time I've visited the office. One staff in particular, Antonella, has been with him for eons and that says a lot about how Dr. Okamura must be as an employer. His dental assistant has also been with him for years too, but the hygienists always seem to come and go. Years ago when extensive work was required with not much dental covererage, Dr. Okamura even accepted postdated cheques. I've never forgotten that and think it shows the epitome of his character. If you're looking for a great friendly Dentist then Dr. Wayne Okamura fits the bill to a tee.
