I went for my first visit yesterday - a quick and easy exam. They gave me their email address so I can have my previous dentist forward my records. Saved me having to remember and relay my history and do redundant x-rays. Dr. Earmme was pleasant and accommodating. Came back for my cleaning today and saw Diane. She was super efficient, pleasant and very informative. She also has a light touch and shared that many patients have fallen asleep in the chair. She made me feel very comfortable. At the end, they made a recommendation for my cleaning schedule based on my history and my coverage plan, and billed my visit instantly, so I didn't have to pay a dime up front. They even had free Wi-Fi, thanks to TELUS. I noticed they accept Interac, Visa and MasterCard but not American Express. I left oddly looking forward to my next visit. Things that they could do to get 5-stars: 1. A better website with the option to book online 2. Open Monday, and simpler hours all around. 3. Accept American Express. 4. TV on the ceiling - gets boring counting ceiling tiles.

Couple days ago I had an accidental fall because of which I badly bruised my face breaking my front tooth. At a loss with what to do right after and worried that I broke something else in my mouth, I called Southridge Dental to ask if they could fix my broken tooth and they called me right away at 5.30 pm. They cleaned up the wounds, did couple X-Rays to make sure everything was alright and fixed my tooth right away in the next hour. I am really impressed with the level of service I received. Dr. Dhaliwal and Brittany were amazing and helped me get over this traumatic experience. Brittany called me back the next day to follow up and check on me. I am really thankful for this experience and would highly recommend Southridge Dental for their outstanding service.

She kept saying that I did a good job brushing and flossing and basically had no build up but then she charged me for 3.5 units of scaling when I have only ever had 1.5 at most from all my other dental visits. My teeth didn't feel clean after the visit and she only polished the front teeth. She was really nice and sweet but I don't think very good at her job.
