Perfect Hang Out Pub In the very heart of downtown Lee's Summit sits Brick's. It doesn't have a gourmet menu or a high class clientele, but it does have an honest neighborhood vibe. Should you be looking for glitz and glamor just go across 3rd Street to 3rd Street Social and you'll be fine. But if you want a more relaxed evening with regular folk for a beer and a burger, Brick's might be your place. There is nothing wrong with tailoring your expectations. As expected, there is no private lot, but downtown Lee's Summit is best enjoyed strolling its shop filed streets, after finding that elusive parking spot. Should you require a handicap space there is one right at their front door! The decor is an honest neighborhood bar feel, usually filled with a high percentage of regulars - the must be coming back for a reason! The staff is very friendly and helpful. Drinks and food (apps and handhelds) are affordable. In fact you can pile up your hot dog into a serious chili dog at no additional cost (but a great deal of added enjoyment). Entertainment is as expected with trivia nights and such, but also the only cigar night in town on their patio one night a week. So skip the glitz and stop by for a friendly drink and some pretty good wings. You will be glad you did.

Great Pub. We came in around 7 on a Saturday, rather quiet for a pub and had all the games on. The service was 5 stars, our server was amazing and so quick with orders, drinks and food. The food was very good, I had the kicking parm sauce and it was so unique. The pub turns into a packed bar around 9-9:30-10ish, they start checking IDs at the door and it becomes stand room only and they stop serving food.

Location wise, Brick's Pub & Grub, has some prime real estate right on the main strip of historic downtown Lee's Summit. Walking in, the joint looks like a cool place to hang out with high ceilings, plenty of exposed brick, and TVs in every corner. At night, when the drinks are flowing and the live music is thumping, that may very well be the case. However, it was lunch time (12pm) and the place was dead, but more people showed up and soon there were about 6 occupied tables with 3 more people at the bar. More surprisingly for the lunch hour, there was only one waitress working the bar, restaurant and take-out counter. This made the service a little slow and inattentive, but she was friendly and truly working her butt off. I ordered the Chicken Salad. It came on a fresh, light, fluffy, tasty croissant, but the rest of the sandwich was just ok without much flavor. The chicken didn't taste much better than a pouch of Starkist Chicken Creations you find at the grocery store, but it was at least dressed up with some special extras like apples, walnuts and onions. Still, I didn't bother finishing it. The fries were crisp, well seasoned and delightfully decent enough to salvage the meal - even without a drink refill. All in all, for a place that touts they're "just a touch above average", I found them to be just another "brick" in the wall with semi-average food.

This place is lit. Wouldn't stay as lit without Jess!

Yo this place is dank af. Like its fire if you get it to go... but when you go there and go in and get a dope ass server like jess, then the whole experience is lit. Shes mad rad. Been ordering here once every week for like 3 months straight. Get wings if you're wangin' #wanglife #JESSTOOLIT

Popped in for lunch with my daughter today! We started with the pretzels and beer cheese as an app, and they were perfectly crispy on the outside and soft of the inside- definite win :) We were also pleased with how many choices were on the menu! I had the turkey club sandwich and loved it, she has the chicken salad sandwich and gave it a 3/5. The only part we were kind of disappointed in were the fries...we were hoping for a hand-cut type fry, but they serve a spiral seasoned fry reminiscent of the frozen kind you can buy. Will def go back to try some of their other menu items!

    a burger and onion rings

Food was great, service was great my only complaint is in downtown Lee Summit is not disabled friendly! Long Walk from parking to restaurant and very few handicap parking which were all taken.

We had the caramel cream ale, which is in my top 5 beers of all time. Perfectly sweet and light. The peach tee kolsch was good too- a nice balance of peach. The cherry limeade wheat was right on the edge of sour. It was good that it was served in a smaller glass so we didn't do too much of it. We also did a shot of the stonebreaker cinnamon whiskey, which was a really nice collab between fringe and another local distillery. Super smooth with an oaky flavor on the background. Absolutely love the dark carnival decor, especially the pinball machines, the giant skeleton and the patio with a garage door interior. Highly highly recommend on every level. You should go!

There is a story for much of the art work which I will not do a disservice by trying put it in a review. Go there, see it and ask they'll gladly share the story. Second, INCREDIBLE beers are on tap. I tasted 10 during my visit and every single beer was worth trying. My faves were: Freshly Squeezed Blueberry Lemonade Wheat, Apple Pie Milkshake IPA and Calliope Caramel Cream Ale. Finally, the most important part of the operation is the people. Every single person that was present made me feel welcome and like I was already a part of their community. WOW, I was left feeling like I'd made new friends which I know I did. I travel to KC at least once per year and every year I will return to support this awesome brewery. Thank you for a memorable experience.

Most of my orders have been curbside pickup since it's right around the corner from my house, and the process has always been quick and seamless. Let me tell you about the Great Salmon Caper Sandwich. A soft, pillowy brioche bun, flaky grilled salmon, fresh lettuce, tomato, and onion, topped with a creamy, tangy aioli. It is quite literally one of the best salmon sandwiches I've ever had. When I say I'll never get sick of this sandwich, I mean it. It's a genuine 10/10 and one of the main reasons I keep coming back. The Cluckers are also excellent and come with an absurd amount of food. My only complaint is that the chicken pieces can sometimes be so large that the chicken-to-breading ratio feels a little off. Other than that, they're fantastic. The breading is seasoned perfectly, the chicken is juicy, and the price is extremely affordable for the portion size. The homemade honey mustard is also some of the best I've ever had and is easily my favorite dipping sauce on the menu. Wally's is one of those places that never disappoints. Fast service, affordable prices, generous portions, and consistently great food make it an easy recommendation.

It was good, however I think the wrap was missing the avocado ranch dressing so once I asked for that on the side, it really made it. Sweet potato fries with honey mustard always hit the spot.
