Recently I did just that and (as I have done before) I asked that they leave my basket at the front of the store where they can keep an eye on it until I can come back with my car to pick up the heavy books and toys I found for Christmas gifts. When I returned my basket was nowhere to be found! I didn't even have time to get upset, really, because the manager, Amy, told me not to worry that they would replace every item for me. John was the kind employee who started that process of taking my list (which they found in their system) of what I had purchased and with my help, we found every item. The process took over an hour, but they were so kind. In talking with Amy, the manager, she told me how she loved working at this store. Honestly that is also really good to hear, because I know many bargain type stores do not treat their employees well, but she said Ollie's is a great place to work! Because they are used books I wouldn't expect any new releases to be there but you could find some great classics at a great price! The organization is a little bit confusing, but if you look up, there are a ton of signs everywhere directing you to each genre and certain authors.
