Random gem in the middle of nowhere, and it's amazing! Went on a Saturday morning to look and the sheer number of books was phenomenal. There were so many genres and so many authors! My favorite part of it was looking at the old books that had beautiful bindings and leather covers. They have great prices for the books that you get and some of the titles there were relatively recent. Because they are used books I wouldn't expect any new releases to be there but you could find some great classics at a great price! The organization is a little bit confusing, but if you look up, there are a ton of signs everywhere directing you to each genre and certain authors. The service was super great as well, and we were welcome as soon as we walked in by multiple employees. Will definitely be bringing my cousin and boyfriend back eventually as it has some great items. read more

Large used book store with TONS of books. Great selection and fairly well organized- I was able to find many of the books that I was looking for. Prices were fair. Cozy, quaint feel. You could spend hours in here. read more

When I said recently , I owed some change, I laid my wallet on the counter and older fellow with suspenders, saw a one dollar bill whose corner was sticking out of the wallet. instead of waiting on me, the man pulled the dollar bill out of my wallet.Totally unprofessional . read more

Hooray for the Book Lady! You can get some amazing books here for a dollar. But this isn't the best place to go if you're hoping to pick something specific up. The up side is that she probably has some obscure publishing from 20 years back in that specific author's career that you'd never have bought, but its right there in front of you, and its a dollar, so ya. Pretty awesome sci-fi collection, about 12 full shelves. Strange stuff is in corners here, make sure to poke around. Checks and cash are accepted here. No cards. read more

This is the best place ever to find great, used books, They are arranged by genre and the owner knows where a "certain" book is if you are looking for one in particular, if she has it. You can exchange your books here too after you read them for more. Its great. read more

Love this place! It is right near our home so we have been a few times. They have such a nice selection of books at amazing prices!! Some look brand new just for a few dollars. The employees are so friendly and always willing to talk to us. They also have great kids section with lots of toys which my toddler loves. They have a lot of books, but the labeling is not the best and they are stacked in front of and on top of each other. Someone asked me if I needed help and when I told her what I was looking for she pointed me in the direction of where it would be and left. She again passed me and asked if I found what I was looking for, I replied with no and she continued to walk by me. I did find 1 book I wanted but only because it was up front in plain sight. Their prices are great but if you can not find what you are looking for you can not buy it. When I went to check out the woman at the counter was talking to someone else. She took my book told me the total and continued her conversation. She put my book on the counter, no thank you, no have a great day, no nothing. Not the best customer service. read more

I've past this place for years and finally stopped in. Glad I did! Sold a few books I had lying around but walked out with more than I brought in. I've wanted to go into this store for years since I would pass by it regularly. Finally stopped in on Saturday and what a pleasant surprise! In this case you truly can't judge a book by its cover. The outside doesn't look like much. But, once you step inside, Wow! It's very welcoming. It's a very large used book store (they have some new books as well). They have thousands of books. Very reasonably priced. Comfy sofas and chairs, free coffee. There were two ladies working there. They were both very helpful and friendly. I've already been twice on Saturday (once with my daughter and a friend of hers) and plan to go back again this weekend. Love it. read more

No, this is not a B&N book store, but she does not claim to be. This is a rather large used book store that you can spend a good couple of hours in easily. Carol is always pleasant and helpful. I may not always find the latest book but I do always find a few books to take home with me. It's a comfortable place to just sit and search for books.
