Concerns about sticky fingers or an effort to make sure your experience is top notch. There's a staff in an vest uniform at the front door as well. Small store space. We waited about 10 minutes to get in or so. His strange is that? The hubby likes the Carson length and fit best. He wants to match my Rossclair. The chateau with the black label looks like mine. Matt waited on us. We ended up with the black Carson, that was the winner for the hubby. He helped us out through the full store experience and had an associate bring up the right size and color. I did pay a couple of hundred less for my Rossclair from Nordstrom than it costs here, but that was a couple of years ago. Garment prices have gone up for sure. Lifetime warranty on their coats. They will he discontinuing the fur on their coats after they run out of the fur this or next year.

I bought her a coat online for her birthday and after wearing it once, she wanted a size up so we went into your store to exchange it. Again, she had worn it once. Because she tore the tag off, they refused to exchange it. Not at all what I would expect from a "high end" company where customer service should be exceptional and your exchange policy forgiving considering the price of your merchandise.  Clearly, you do not understand customer lifetime value. Instead, due to the policy and the manager, who was rude and ridged, you lost a customer for life. Simply exchanging the jacket, you would earn 2-3X more money over time from myself and my family. Not to mention, all of the free "advertising" as I was nothing short of a brand ambassador for Canadian Goose prior to this experience.   Now I am just a disgruntled PITA writing poor reviews online and telling everybody that will listen about my negative experience with Canadian Goose. I could understand if the jacket was "worn" or if it was beyond 30 days, etc. but this was not the case. As somebody with 20+ years in the service industry, I am baffled that you maintain such a short-sided viewpoint and exchange policy and frankly, I expected so much better... What a shame. Needless to say. I will never spend another penny with Canadian Goose.

Today I dropped in to see what they had available. The sales lady was friendly and informative. She pointed out a fox fur that I kinda cringed at because I thought it looked so sad to see whole fox tied up together...not my thing but hey if that is your thing here's where you get it. I tried on a fur hat and felt like I was transported to Russia. I must say, I looked pretty smashing in that fur hat, lol , but it didn't really cover my ears and I'm not paying $250.00 for the wind to freeze my ears. The clothes to the right of the store are pretty old and bizarre. The fur coats are plentiful, in great shape and reasonably priced. I like the way fur coats look and feel but they are so bulky I have a really hard time sitting in the car and driving with them on. The owner said she would "do right" by me, but in fact she did not take back the unacceptable and defective jacket.
