So I show up to the shoe repair store and requested a repair on my boots. The older blonde woman behind the counter was engaged in a conversation with another woman,so I waited for assistance. The blonde customer service woman was obtuse and very stand offish, but I left my boots for repair as I needed them for work. All that being said,the shop did an excellent job repairing my boots,but the blonde old lady acted as if she didn't know who I was when I returned for my boots,and STILL had a very nasty disposition. Excellent repair service, but the customer service should've been a LOT more friendly.

I sent them back to France and they wanted to change the color. I did not want that bc the color is very unique and it's also the color of their brand. The other pair of boots were UGGS, that were damaged by mold. I located Moe's Shoe repair and took my favorite pair of not to be parted with boots to his store. I was greeting with great customer service by Moe and the store's decor was lovely, as well as the merchandise for sale in the store. I explained my dilemma to Moe and ensured me that he could repair the boots without further issue regrading my heel or refurbishing my UGGS. Moe explained why the boot continued to break and said he would be glad to repair both pair. When I picked up my boots, Moe had astoundingly restored both pairs of my boots to an almost new store-bought piece of merchandise. I can't tell you how pleased I was with his work. I arrive and wait outside as the shop is too small to allow more than one person in at a time. No big. I like to think I'm a patient person. But when I walk in to talk to the owner about my shoe and purse repair, things get bad real quick. He quickly informs me that he doesn't have the color of my shoes to repair the heel tip in the same color. I tell him that's ok, I can work with brown. He says "what else?" I show him the zipper on my purse and he says it can't be fixed. There's no screw for him to fix it and if he has to fix it, it can cost close to $100.
