I was having trouble understanding her and asked for clarity on the lines of insurance she was very adamant I should purchase and she quickly turned very impatient with me. Incredibly judgmental and snide.

These people truly care and will go out of their way on a weekend to validate a claimant's story! I highly recommend calling and talking to this group of State Farm Insurance agents above and beyond any other in the Bay Area. A purely classy organization!

I don't know much about cars or car insurance. But I assume that if your ever in an accident or have a question about your insurance policy you should be able to call your agent and expect to talk to someone. WRONG. Not here. If you ever try to call him 8/10 times he's away, according to his message machine "he's out of the office or assisting customers"... Yeahhh sureeee... And I'm out trying to solve world hunger. A few months ago, my sister's car was involved in a hit and run. When we called the insurance agency, no one returned our calls and this being our first hit and run ever we didn't know what to do. We also had questions about what a deductible was (yeah we're that clueless) and so instead we called Farmer's corp and they helped us through everything. You would think after receiving a bunch of panicked messages from us, someone from this agency would give us a call back right? WRONG AGAIN. Days, months passed by and no call. No call to see what we needed, to see how the car was, and most importantly no decency to give us a call to see how my sister was doing. NOTHING. My dad chose this place because it was convenient for him and they spoke Vietnamese. But really people if that's your only incentive to get insurance here it's not worth it. Your better off at a place that spoke Latin or pig Latin. At least they would give a damn and give you a call back. Seriously though with the thousands of cars on the road, the crazy, distracted drivers and the fact that there are millions of things that can go wrong while on the road or driving. It's nice to know that if anything happened your insured and someone is looking out for you. After my policy is up, I might just being singing... Like a good neighbor State Farm is there...

As the Saturday wore on and all three of the companies I called to get Homeowners Insurance with a Renter Property Insur Policy Packet quotes from ALL went to VM. I did my due diligence and made a short list of 4 companies to call, checking each name prior to calling 1) Proximity to the property/us 2) Better Bus Bureau rating 3) Yelp rating. The 4th and last phone call actually was one that made the list on all three counts! AND the owner of the company answered the phone himself at 3:30 pm on a Saturday. Rob Salvo of Mt. Diablo Insur answers! Instead of blowing smoke up my wazoo and gladly telling me he would love to take my business, he gave me the honest down and dirty. Telling me what was going on in the industry currently, THAT I SHOULD STAY PUT and here's why. Information that was 5,000 percent invaluable. In less than 15 minutes he, convinced me NOT to move my policy to another company and why, wait 6 months to revisit when the industry has likely ironed out these problems, be thankful my current provider has renewed us, and how to solve the LLC issue that was forcing me to change in the first place, not only THAT, but to call him back if I had trouble getting my current provider to add the LLC endorsement and he'd help me with that too!! Color me flabbergasted! All out of the graciousness and kindness of his heart. There was nothing in this phone call for him. And I will remember this for the rest of my life and tell 100 people to call Mt. Diablo Insurance because you will get honesty, fairness, loyalty and exceptional business. Thank you Rob Salvo. You made a believer out of me. You had better believe Mt. Diablo will be my first phone call in 6 months down the road.
