Olga Brick is a pleasure to work with...she is extremely responsive, even when on vacation. She got me the most competitive rates for the best coverage, after I shopped around on my own. Her advice is rooted in specific cases and she knows the laws and she is experienced enough to help you prepare for any loss. While other agents tell you what you want to hear, she tells you what you need to know. To Mary- I am guessing that Olga would inform you, like she did me for my auto policy, that insurance companies can not double charge you and you will likely be refunded the double payment when you cancel one policy. I am sure she would help you straighten that out. I don't believe for a second you would not have the right coverage if your condo burned down. The only reason would be you did not take their advice.

I was looking to get a better deal than my previous insurance policy with All State Insurance--better collision coverage and low premium cost. Irina was so patient, professional and friendly. The level of customer service I received from Irina was one of the major factors that persuaded me to join Nationwide Insurance family.

I don't know much about cars or car insurance. But I assume that if your ever in an accident or have a question about your insurance policy you should be able to call your agent and expect to talk to someone. WRONG. Not here. If you ever try to call him 8/10 times he's away, according to his message machine "he's out of the office or assisting customers"... Yeahhh sureeee... And I'm out trying to solve world hunger. A few months ago, my sister's car was involved in a hit and run. When we called the insurance agency, no one returned our calls and this being our first hit and run ever we didn't know what to do. We also had questions about what a deductible was (yeah we're that clueless) and so instead we called Farmer's corp and they helped us through everything. You would think after receiving a bunch of panicked messages from us, someone from this agency would give us a call back right? WRONG AGAIN. Days, months passed by and no call. No call to see what we needed, to see how the car was, and most importantly no decency to give us a call to see how my sister was doing. NOTHING. My dad chose this place because it was convenient for him and they spoke Vietnamese. But really people if that's your only incentive to get insurance here it's not worth it. Your better off at a place that spoke Latin or pig Latin. At least they would give a damn and give you a call back. Seriously though with the thousands of cars on the road, the crazy, distracted drivers and the fact that there are millions of things that can go wrong while on the road or driving. It's nice to know that if anything happened your insured and someone is looking out for you. After my policy is up, I might just being singing... Like a good neighbor State Farm is there...
