I had looked online at the basketweave pouf and I wanted to call the store to make sure that I was taking a trip in hopes of it being in stock. So when I had called the store during my lunch break at work, Stephanie was the one that assisted me over the phone and I could tell that she was quite busy and multitasking at the same time. Nevertheless, she remained absolutely professional and extremely courteous and patient with me as I asked her about whether or not they had the basketweave pouf in stock and where I could find the SKU number on the website because I had trouble finding it and was guided with such care and respect. I had gotten to the store just under 15 minutes until they closed and apologized that I came in so late because I had a migraine. Kari, one of the other workers at the store, was an absolute dream to work with, and Stephanie was sweet enough to be able to also place the color of the pouf that I had taken interest in on hold for me. I ended up purchasing a decorative pillow and a swivel Ottoman chair and I was extremely thankful to Kari because she was able to look at the collage that I had created and answer all my design questions with incredible ease. This is an incredibly hard-working team at pottery barn and I cannot wait to come back and shop more. The environment was incredibly professional, the price point and value of the product was excellent, and the entire staff was lovely and accommodating and now I'll be coming back in the future to look at artwork, accessories and other décor items.

However, the mistake that was made isn't being addressed in a way that makes this experience any better than any other. I read a few other reviews that have also shared my experience. One such one reads, "furniture quality is pretty good, but dealing with any of their employees in-person or online will make you lose what little faith you may still have had in humanity. They cannot issue refunds. They cannot locate orders." This sums up my experience. They are not good with people and with business operations. It is unfortunate and I would not recommend them.

I wanted to say "As you were" but decided to just let it be. Who complains about great customer service? No one! Several employees offered assistance and one gentleman was nice enough to get a basket to hold my wares. Love it!! They are a smaller store but probably have everything you need to make your bedroom and bathroom comfortable and cozy. Also they have great accessories and gadgets for the kitchen and other areas of the home as well. I loved the bedding that they had displayed because it was cotton and it felt really nice. I believe in 100% cotton bedding because I find it to be very durable and very cozy. When it comes to their bedding, you really have to watch for queen sizing because it is really not true queen size, it is designated as full/queen which means it falls short. This is something that I noticed a couple of years ago when I was looking for bedding but it may no longer be an issue. Just make sure that you check carefully. If you need to get organized, BBB can help you out. They have great drawer inserts to help separate your smaller items. I purchased a great boot rack which holds six pairs of boots in perfect position so that they hold their form and there is no drooping. As you get closer to Christmas, they have a great selection of "white elephant" gifts and small items that are perfect for stuffing stockings. I have been looking to update my bathroom curtains for a while and just had a difficult time nailing the color and length. Imagine my surprise when I actually saw the perfect color, on CLEARANCE and in the size that I needed. I kept twisting my head to see if I was reading the price incorrectly because the regular price was $37.99 while the current price was listed as $4.99. Yes, I took a photo. So I purchased $76 worth of curtains for $10. SCORE!!! Today was a good day! *** This is an update regarding the curtains I recently purchased for my bathroom. I love them! The color is spot on and they are a very heavy "drapery like" weight so they hand well. They also do a great job of blocking light. This is the second time that I have purchased curtains here and I have been pleased each time because they are of a very nice quality. I once purchased my drapes/window treatments at JC Penney but they have changed their signature collection so I needed to find another option. I am very pleased with my purchase.
