In 25 years of driving, I have never written a bad review for a service center. I have never been…read morelied to nor experienced disrespect like I did here. Price Leblanc Toyota and specifically Brandi in the service department has changed that. As a first time Tacoma owner I was excited to be part of the Toyota team. I was also amazed how beautiful Price Leblanc is. There is even a restaurant on site. I dropped off my tacoma and met with Brandi to recalibrate my tire sensors and troubleshoot my door lock motion sensor not working. I informed Brandi that I added lights with two plug and play wire harnesses that can be unplugged if necessary and that I would reinstall the two wire harnesses after the troubleshooting. This should have been a very simple job. Over the next 6 and a half hours of my truck being there, I was told that the new wires could not be located, that permanent modifications had been made, I was hung up on by brandi, that 6.5 hours was not enough. When I realized I was going to be charged more, I quickly demanded that they stop so I can bring my truck elsewhere as I was already lied to about anything being permanently modified. Upon arrival, I was informed that they magically found a bad wire at the last second. I just wanted to pay my $200 troubleshooting fee and leave. This is where things took a nutty turn. Here is the email proof that I was lied to. The next day I emailed Brandi for the part number on MY Vehicle...after Paying for a Diagnostic. Can't make this up....She said MY part number was proprietary. Since then I brought my truck elsewhere and the bad wire was located in under an hour... for $140. I will never go back to Price Leblanc, not even for free service.

I never once felt taken advantage of and my salesman, Shazam (Shawad Dara), was straightforward and professional. This was actually the second BMW location I visited (the first felt more like a used car lot), but here I immediately knew I was in the right hands. I loved being able to track my customized vehicle on the app and knew the moment it arrived. When I came to pick it up, everyone was welcoming, and the bow on top of my BMW was the icing on the cake. Since then, I've come back for service (including an oil change), and that was a 5 experience as well. Two years later, I'm still grateful for both my car and the memory of such a smooth, celebratory process.

I paid more for a CPO with the assurance that the car had been thoroughly inspected and was in working order. After purchasing the car, I found that none of the tech features in the car were working. I contacted the dealership FIVE times (before receiving a response) regarding the issue, just to find out that the MMI technology module no longer worked. Long story short, I drove the car for over 6 months with none of the tech features due to a backordered part. If they would have done their due diligence as promised, this would not have been an issue. Furthermore, the car was sold to me with bad tires that are completely shot. I've only driven the car 5k miles in 6 months, and I'm already on the hook for $1,500 worth of tires. They also did not change the oil, so I ended up using my 30k mile service at the 23k mark. If you look at my other reviews, they are positive. I'm not one to bash a company online without good reason. I understand mistakes happen, but the problem I'm having with this dealership and Audi as a whole is the lack of customer service and follow-through. THESE GUYS DON'T CARE, and best of luck receiving a response from them. I contacted Audi USA SEVEN times, and the dealership, nor Audi ever followed through with a response to me. This was my first experience buying a car online, so if you find yourself looking to buy a car without seeing it in person yourself, know that this dealership will not take any accountability if there are issues. At a minimum, they could have offered Audi Car Play - any small grain of "we messed up" would have made me feel better. Ignoring me, was not the answer.

I was previously sent a coupon from Price LeBlanc Lexus for an exclusive offer that includes: engine oil and filter change, complimentary multi-point inspection and a car wash for $99! I scheduled my service. When I arrived, Jonathan was unaware of any offers and asked to see my email, and I showed him so he "honored" the price for the service. I also asked that my car be checked as when backing up only, I would get a high pitch squeel when applying my brakes lightly to slow down. I asked and was told service would not be long so I waited. After OVER TWO hours, my car was brought around and the service tech took payment and handed me my paperwork. He did not review it with me and only stated that they could not replicate the squeeking noise. Why didn't they come ask me about it so I could try and replicate it? Which I can because it is still happening. I was also meeting with a TECH rep fter the service as I could not get android auto to load. After her telling me what to do, I went home and it still does not work. It was then that I noticed that the "FREE " Car wash also had not been done. I then reviewed my paperwork and saw that my break fluid level was noted in the RED. No where could I see if this was addressed so I called the Tech, Jonathan, and left a message for a return call. He never Returned my call. I then get a call from from another gentleman who left me a message asking about my "experience" and I returned his call, only to get the service Dept. voice mail, so I left yet ANOTHER message, again NO RETURN CALL. I called the main number and asked to speak to ANYONE in service who could answer my question only to be told that there was NO ONE available and I needed to leave yet ANOTHER Voice mail,. Surprise, No return call. I then get an email from a nice young lady (can't recall her name) and explained to her my situation. She was very polite and assured she would get the service manager to contact me as soon as possible, He never did. I then notice that my cars "Maintenance Needed soon" message was still popping up on my dash after the oil change. They obviously never reset it. Is'nt that NORMAL proceedure? I looked over my paperwork again and that is when I noticed (at the very bottom) it says "Deleted Operation" Wash, Dry and Vacuum. Um, why? So, I really DON'T know if they ACTUALLY changed my oil/filter. Don't know if they addressed the Break fluid issue and I obviously did not get the wash dry and vacuum. I have owned many Lexus vehicles mostly out of Charleston SC where I was treated like royalty. That was NOT my experience at Price LeBlanc Lexus. I won't be doing business with a company that does not value its clients. I am treated better at a Jiffy Lube!!
