They only want to do anything through email, which is fine but we don't work on a computer it's easier to ask questions on the phone. They never can figure out re-prints from previous years they always want you to resend it to them instead of looking it up on their end. The final straw is this year's carbon copy, as you can see from the pictures the only part that needs to change is the calendar and they seemed to shrink that part. Called to talk to manager, employee answered "hello" so when I asked where I was calling they said BR Graphics totally fine I don't need a super welcoming answering of the phone but I wanted to talk to the manager. Called him and left a message last week. Knowing they don't really like phone calls I decided to email manager, info, and graphics as well trying to get someone to get the manager to answer me. Called several times to talk to a manager left several messages. Today I called and finally asked for the owner to call me back. Magically the manager called me back! He was defensive from the start, trying to explain what the difficulties we have been having with the business and he asked "what do you want me to do" "I sent you a sample" you're correct you did send a sample but you can't tell how microscopic you made the calendar part. Anyways, just asked for my images back and we'll be taking our business else where. I'm sorry to see this business go down hill the way that it has. But hopefully one day they will get someone in there that likes what they do and has more of a customer service base than the people currently working there.

She had set aside several different papers which was nice, but when I sat down at her desk she immediately started having several conversations with her friends on the phone. I was a little irritated but thought okay, it happens. Still at her desk a friend came in and she carried on her conversation about what they were doing this weekend and what party to go to. Then she quickly told me we would finish this later because she was leaving, mind you it was 3:00. I literally felt like I was pushed out the door, or the feeling of being a inconvenience to her. Holding onto faith the next day I called to see if my proof was in, again Katelyn helped me, telling me she would check and call me back. I never got a call back. The next day (Friday) I called again, to see if I could come approve the proof and again she said she would need me to send the design a certain way but let me know she would email me directions on how to do so. Eager to get my invitations printed I continued to work with this company. After viewing my email and still nothing, I called. At that point she was gone, so I had asked the man if she had sent me the email and he said she had never sent me one but gave me directions on what he needed. Since this business is Monday-friday, Monday morning I immediately called first thing to see if the proof was ready, and again I was told she would give me a call back. I never received a call till the end of the day. At that point I went with another company who within an hour had my proof ready and said my invitations would be ready within a couple days. I am very upset because there is a huge lack of communication, and horrible customer service. I felt like I kept getting the run around. I'm just happy I didn't wait to hear back from the recipionist because obviously she does not know how to call any customer back. I will not reecommend this place!

There were two gentlemen helping at the center and Debbie had opened up a register on the side. During my wait in line I observed Debbie give the cutest little munchkin a hello kitty sticker as a surprise. It just made my day. But then it got even better when I got to Debbie's register. I had neglected to print my shipping label and Debbie quickly took charge and made sure my Amazon page went straight to print in 3 seconds flat. At the same time she was doing this, she was also assisting the reps at the other counters in making sure another customer chose the right shipping insurance option. We started wrapping up my order and I said, "You are ON IT!" She gave me a smile and was just so humble. I just stood there in awe of her. Debbie, you are a legend and people know it.
