Close to home we stopped in at Brewscape Beer Co after a visit to the Bird Aviation Museum. BBC is my 312th brewery! We had a group of five, not including my newborn grandson so I'm not spending as much time on this review as I often do. Sorry! Brewscape Beer is pretty small place but it's comfy and well-decorated. We stopped in not only for beer but food as well. First up was the Mexican corn lager. Very nice, light, and smooth. The Spruce Almighty spruce tip pale ale had a nice hop flavor to it. Anchor & Amber amber ale was what SWPFTD went with. Anyone who has followed my brewery travels should not be surprised. This was tasty and we both enjoyed it. Summit Spice Schwarzbier was dark and flavorful. Cafe Au Lait Noir nitro coffee mill stout was a little disappointing...but only because it wasn't on nitro! This was quite good with roasty coffee flavors. The family was hungry so we ordered up some queso dip and then most of us went with the corned beef panini. Yes, all very good! Brewscape Beer is well worth your time. Good beer. Good food. Friendly people. If anyone is a glutton for punishment, please, follow my brewery, and distillery, reviews from across the U.S. and beyond! https://www.yelp.com/collection/-8iscFkpiiCI563-FDfwGg and if anyone is wondering who SWPFTD is you will have to check out my review of Black Market Brewing Co in Temecula, CA to understand. Yes, you will need to read into it a little to get the joke but I have confidence in you! I hope my confidence is not misplaced.

Great vibe and incredible beer. Staff was super friendly and helped with any questions we had. We ordered the pork tacos with elote...it was all really good! Nice selection of games, so we played while we visited. They also had a good selection of sodas as well, stocking Coke products, unlike many of the places in the area. This was a double bonus for our underage son. We will definitely be back!

The Posole is flavorful and full of meat, great on this cold, overcast Monday in Coeur d'Alene, the bar keeper Lyndie was very helpful, and most all Great Cold Beer!

This is a great little brewery on Highway 95 in Hayden ID. I liked every beer they had on tap! That never happens. As a matter of fact I'm usually only a 30% of "likes and recommended " beer drinker. Everything was likable, even lovable. From the crisp pale to the creamy milk stout. Well balanced , not over the top flavors, nothing to overwhelm your palate. Delicious, tasty, drinkable goodness. Reminiscent of old recipes that let the flavors shine through. We didn't try any of the food, although it did look great and the Nachos seemed to be the favored item on our visit. Super service from the women owned and operated brewery. We always sit at the bar if possible and especially at new to us breweries. Chatting with the owner/brewer is the best way to get to know the beer you are drinking and this was no exception! There is decent off street parking though it's a bit tricky to get to. Plenty of seating was available and you can clearly see the sign from the highway. Please stop in and try their offerings, I don't think you'll be disappointed. We did try everything on tap, but I only have pics of 8. Oops!

You have to check out Brewscape!! Experience the feeling of small town community while experiencing BIG taste!! The husband and wife that own Brewscape are SO kind, and so talented. The food is great! Our favorites are the nachos and pretzel bites. Beer-- there is something for everyone. ALSO, the outside beer garden is SO cute. It is the perfect area for our small family to hang out at.

Great beer and they just added frozen drinks. The tacos and chips are great. This is where local brewers go for beer after work

They have a large covered patio (good for cold weather) where you can bring your dog. We were delighted at the menu as well. Delicious salsa starter. Then we both had yummy sandwiches. It honestly looked as though it hadn't been properly rinsed or inspected before being served. I brought it to the waiter attention. Her attitude was careless. My boyfriend ordered the Chicken Caesar Salad, and it was just as disappointing. The dressing had the consistency and taste of straight mayonnaise rather than a Caesar dressing, and the chicken was so overcooked and unappetizing that it was difficult to recognize as chicken. He couldn't eat it and ended up leaving the entire salad. We also ordered the brisket tacos. The slaw tasted as if it sat around for days ,the tortilla seemed to be thrown on the plate without being heated very doughy texture. The chicken was un recognizable. We did send that back. We were expecting fresh, quality food, especially something as simple as a salad. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst restaurant salads we've had. We hope the restaurant pays closer attention to the freshness of its ingredients and overall food quality. Bag lettuce I'm sure if and should have been clean and inspected.

The food was absolutely fantastic. The burger was juicy, flavorful, and cooked perfectly, with a soft, fresh bun that held everything together beautifully. Every bite was delicious. The sweet potato fries stood out as some of the best I've had--crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and seasoned just right. The ranch was thick, creamy, and so good I ended up dipping everything in it. Portions were generous, the food came out hot, and there wasn't a single thing on the plate I didn't enjoy. It was one of those meals where you're already thinking about what you'll order next time before you've even left. To go with the meal, the beer selection was solid with a nice range of options, from easy-drinking choices to more flavorful craft pours. Everything felt thoughtfully made, and the staff added to the experience by being friendly, attentive, and easygoing without being intrusive. Overall, it's a great local spot with excellent food, great drinks, and an atmosphere that makes you want to come back again and again.

CLBP is just on the north side of 90 adjacent to the Wallace RV park. The inside is very comfortable and inviting. It was quite busy at noon on a Saturday afternoon so service was a little slow. No worries though especially since there was a crowd because of the ladies homesteading gathering being in town. Weird but I didn't go with a flight this time. I started with a pint of the Pulaski Porter while SWPFTD went with the Mountain Top amber. Both were quite tasty. I ordered the French dip sandwich which was fantastic. SWPFTD had the Reuben which was also very good. Yes, I ate part of her sandwich. I wrapped up with a pint of the milk stout on nitro and SWPFTD had the blood orange IPA.
