The decor is genuinely fun without feeling staged: garage memorabilia, license plates, mismatched retro lighting, and enough odd little finds to keep your eyes wandering while you eat. The pizza came out hot with a thin, crisp crust and disappeared faster than we intended. Cold beer, good pizza, and a bar with actual personality. Sometimes that's all you need. The covered open-air area is huge, too, with plenty of tables, fans, TVs, and room for a crowd without everyone feeling piled on top of one another. Johnny's feels casual, unpretentious, and delightfully unlike anywhere else we've been recently.

They have a selection of beer, as well as cocktails, which are interesting. I haven't had much of the food, but what I have tried is tasty.

That's one of the reasons my husband and I came here on a Saturday before the Stingrays game because it's near the collussium. It looks like it's kind of hidden off the road pulling up There is also a huge parking lot across the street. Lots of tables outside and by the downstairs grass area, but they fill up quick. Also very dog friendly and kid friendly. They had Cornhole and frisbee for games. Inside there is a large bar and table seating. You order up at the bar area. Btw they don't have soybean oil in anything, not the buns or sides and they even fry in beef tallow. So I ordered a single cheese burger with the special sauce as well as a side of crispy potatoes. I also got a glass of wine, which I was happy they had wine as an option ...not all breweries do that. My husband got the double cheeseburger with a side of crispy potatoes and a beer. We came around 430pm and sat by the benches below because the upstairs tables were full already so come early. They give you a number so they can easily find you. The food came fast, and it was delicious. The burger had lots of flavor and was the perfect size. The potatoes fried in beef tallow were crispy and delicious. It was my first time trying something fried in beef tallow and I can confirm it does not make it taste beefy Needless to say we will definitely be back!!

The patio appeared to be pretty busy, but the inside area was moderate. There was a band getting set up, but they never played while we were there. Service was pretty quick. The fries were good - steak type fries that appeared to be sort of battered and extra crispy outside, but soft inside. The cocktail sauce was really good. And my salad was fire. They have a build your own option, which I love. Choose your base, protein, toppings, and dressing. Perfect! I am sure this will turn into a regular visit for us since it is so close.
