We've boarded our retired horse here for several years and we've been very happy. The farm is well maintained with two great arenas, one indoor, one outdoor that have great footing and jumps. They have some open space around the farm that you can go on trail rides on if you'd like, which seems a bit harder to find in some parts of Florida. Debbie and Michael are no nonsense, no drama, knowledgeable owners which is refreshing as it makes for a pleasant experience at the barn. They and the staff take excellent care of the horses, and notice the smallest things which coming from our background is very much appreciated. Tu-Bahd has a great lesson program for kids of all ages. Kathy does a great job introducing kids to horses and it seems they really respond positively. Having grown up riding, and through USPC (graduate H-A) I appreciate her knowledge. We are grateful to have found Tu-Bahd Farms when we did, and have been very happy with our horses care.

He said he text me at 3:30pm On Thursday and asked to confirm by 5pm for a 6pm appointment. I was working and had my phone on silent (I work from home and have my laptop with me)... I got off at 5pm to leave for the appointment, saw the messages and called right away. He wouldn't budge and cancelled my appointment. He did not tell me on Wednesday, when I scheduled the appointment, that I would need to confirm the appointment the next day... I would have turned my phone off silent or called before 5pm. What a wonderful way to disappoint my 11 & 13 year old horse loving daughters... we are here from South Dakota visiting. His mom is an even bigger problem, she has an even worse attitude. STAY AWAY! On a positive note, Whispering Pines Equestrian LLC was really nice and offered to let my girls go to their day camp on Friday for half the cost of this place.

One of the arenas is covered with mirrors at one end. They have enough individual paddocks for each individual horse. There is automatic water buckets and fly spray systems. Each border gets their own individual locker. There is a main hall that has a refrigerator, a dining area and a sitting area. For one rate, they will feed, hay, muck out, blanket, give dewormers, bring in and take out to paddocks. They have four dressage trainers on hand. They recently underwent a manager change. The new manager is Willette Brown. The barn owner is Lori Wubker. While they all, very obviously, care for your equine. Be sure to write out, explicitly, how you would like your horse to be treated. Otherwise they will do what they believe is best, which isn't always the case.
