Parking lot was immaculately clean and coincidentally so were the bathrooms. My humble opinion., which is the whole purpose of this app, this is one of the best rest areas if you are taking 95. I was able to get adequate rest stretch out my legs for a bit procure some snacks for the road and get in some shut eye. It was a safe environment and stopping here was a smart choice.

I prefer the food court style rest area of the turnpike but these work too in a pinch. When you enter the rest stop, cars go to the front and trucks to the back. This rest stop is located northbound in Martin County at mile marker 106 in Palm City. It is typical of the kind you find on I-95. You have clean bathrooms, covered picnic tables, and vending machines. People who need to walk their dogs can do so in a designated area. I do enjoy paying a visit to the vending machines. They now take debit cards instead of just coins and the prices for items are still reasonable. You can get a variety of candy bars, cookies, chips, ice cream, and pop as well as a hot cup of coffee. This rest stop has plenty of clean bathrooms which is a big plus. Near the rest areas is the usual bulletin boards featuring a map and missing kids. While I-95 rest stops are basic they get the job done so you can get back on the road quickly and on to better places.

They also have a pizza place but anytime I'm there the line is insanely massive. It was a nice easy time to find parking and when I got inside the place was insanely clean. The bathrooms could've definitely used a better cleaning because it was a little dirty and dingy in there... The food prices ay the Wendy's I stopped at were decent but what stinks is they don't offer any of the combo meals. Everything here is al la carte which makes sense so they can make more money. The staff was friendly (for the most part) and the place was clean. There was an insane amount of spots to sit and eat and everything was clean table wise. This is my go to stop when I'm on the turnpike and it will continue to be!

It wasn't worth being late to my destination to wait in the line. I skipped the coffee and pressed on. Florida's roads are getting packed sooner and staying this way all day. It's almost impossible to see a time of day when there isn't traffic. The infrastructure on the roads isn't supporting the recent population growth. There's been an increase in population plus tourists and the usual snow birds who live in the areas. It's getting noticeably bad. The state's going to have to budget to improve these things for safety reasons. The service stations aren't what they used to be. Fort Pierce was renovated but it still has long wait times. It was not convenient.

This one smells amazing the second the doors slide open. Not industrial cleaner. Not fried mystery air. Just fresh, clean, and weirdly comforting. The bathrooms? Impeccable is honestly underselling it. Bright lighting, spotless floors, fully stocked, no weird vibes. It feels maintained, not just "managed." And the food -- why is it actually good-good? Not "I'm hungry so this works." I mean flavorful, fresh, and satisfying. The kind of stop where you finish your meal and think, "Okay wait... that was kind of elite for a highway break." The whole place feels intentional -- clean lines, easy layout, quick in-and-out without chaos. It's giving "rest stop rebrand." Port St. Lucie Service Plaza, you exceeded expectations and then some. 10/10. No edits.

The Port St. Lucie Service Plaza on Florida's Turnpike is a 24/7 travel hub that offers everything a traveler needs. It features food options like Dunkin', Burger King, and Villa Italian, along with pet areas, EV charging stations, ample parking, and clean restrooms. The service plaza is perfectly designed for traveler convenience, providing fuel, snacks, and a place to rest. This was exactly what I was seeking during a long drive. Located conveniently on the median of the turnpike, it's a fairly large and well-maintained location. The facility is clean, and the staff is friendly and helpful, making it an ideal stop for anyone on a long journey.

He built a home, a post office, and a dock that everyone who was traveling the Indian River north or south stopped at. During the turn of the century settlers came to the area and built homes out of salvaged lumber from shipwrecks. In the 1940's trailer parks started popping up in the area. In response to the development, the Sewall's Point Association was created in the 1950's to control the zoning on the peninsula and keep it a residential community. Efforts were led by Dr. Elvin Killheffer who became the towns first mayor when the town of Sewall Point received it's charter on June 12, 1957. At 3 and a 1/2 miles long and 1/3 mile wide, the town situated between the St. Lucie River and the Indian River Lagoon might be easy to miss. 850 homes make up the town, 150 of which are waterfront making it one of the most desired communities in Martin County. One block has restaurants and businesses and the rest of the town is residential streets. The town has 13 employees, mainly police and the building department. The town hall is located across the street from the only park, Sewall's Commons. Houses that have deeper water docks can sell for $10 million although older homes from the 1970's can be had for around $300,000. Today 80 percent of the town residents live there full time and many are young professionals and families. Residents of Sewall's Point enjoy close proximity to the beach, good schools, and a low crime rate making it one of the premier communities in the Treasure Coast.
