He agreed to look at the A/C and replace it in one day, if possible. When locating the parts numbers, he found a wire had come loose. He knew this loose wire would cause the problem we were having. Garret reconnected the wire, replaced the cover, tested the A/C and sent us on our way with no charge. Kyle arrived at about 9PM, and had me in the clear within an hour and a half, or so. He was professional, extremely experienced and took great care to not allow any further damage to my new baby!! I purchased a front axle assembly for my f250 from hansers salvage in billings mt that came with a…read moreone year warranty. We had the axle put in and we to get the truck aligned and come to find out that the right upper ball joint was defective. That should be under their warranty but guess, they said they never sold me the axle with the ball joints, we'll that's not true. So instead of keeping their word they refunded me 75.00 towards the ball joint, that should say something that they knew they was wrong and they don't want to own up to that there was issues with the axle. Oh they was as sweet to me when I was buying something from them but when you go back with issues on the parts that you buy they are not very nice. All I have to say is from now on I will look elsewhere for parts even it's out of state. The same thing happened to my daughter on a part for her truck.

Ty truck has a upgraded suspension. I went in to Jim & Tracy's. They were very professional, low key, explaining the process. The next day I took my truck in for the alignment. I was in and out in 1.5 hours. Very reasonable price. I took the truck down the highway at speed. As good as new. I will be taking my travel trailer in to them for tires and checking the alignment. Firstly we are absolutely thrilled with the Brinkley, quality, finish and engineering detail is really outstanding, We've had a few travel trailers before buying this 5th wheel and really cant comment enough about the quality of this RV. As per my previous review we were very happy with the entire sales process. Unfortunately we needed the assistance of Bretz and Brinkley to help resolve a painful issue we had with registering the RV out of state. A tedious and time consuming matter. The support I received from both Bretz and Brinkley was fantastic. A really big thank you to Ridge, Jessica and Kaylen for their assistance with this matter. Seriously your assistance was greatly appreciated. It's really great to know that after the check has been cashed and the RV leaves the lot that there is ongoing solid support. Once again thank you so much, I'm not sure how long it will be but one day when we are ready to upgrade our Brinkley, Bretz will be our first call.
