Awesome experience! We used Philip to plan our honeymoon later this year in October. We've never…read moreused a travel agency before but were so pleasantly surprised at how it all turned out that we would hands down used Philip's services again. He provided us with detailed itineraries and advice for Bali, Bora Bora, Fiji, Maldives, and a couple of cruises... we basically did nothing besides saying what we liked and didn't like, it was great. The entire experience was easy, and he was always friendly, responsive, on the same page, etc. We ended up choosing Bali and he set up everything from the flights to our couples massage. We're so excited. It was also somehow more economical than the packages we were looking at elsewhere like Costco Travel. Two thumbs up!

In frustration, we turned to Philip who immediately took charge and straightened out our booking. Philip is everything our first agent wasn't, quickly correcting multiple problems, including very uncomfortable flight arrangements. He kept in touch with us throughout the process, answered all of our questions and took the initiative to negotiate a nice cabin upgrade for us. I don't think you can go wrong working with Philip. I know that I'll be calling on Philip to arrange any future trips for us!

We were told we could get the next flight to Midway then another flight to BWI, which would get us home by 1:30am OR wait until the next day! With no choice, we opted for the flight to Midway, checked our luggage and proceeded to the gate. We then heard they were still calling for passengers for our original flight so we hurried to the gate to see if we could still get on. We were told yes, but our luggage is still going to Midway and we'd have to go to BWI after 1:30am to retrieve it! We should NOT have been booked for a connecting flight with only a 2hr timeframe between flights! This travel agent had no sense or idea as to how long it would take to get thru customs!!! I recently worked with Carol at Voyager travel to book a Carribbean vacation this winter, and I had…read morean excellent experience. Carol was very knowledgeable about the different Carribbean islands, resorts, airports/airfare options, etc. In addition, she was very responsive to my questions and concerns, and always followed up with me very quickly. Carol researched different flight options/airports, dates, resorts, and islands, to ensure that I would get the best deal and a vacation that fit within my price range. This was my first time using a Travel Agent, and I would definitely recommend Voyager Travel to others who may be looking for assistance with booking a vacation. I can't wait for my Jamaican vacation in the next couple weeks! On a side note, before I went to Voyager Travel, I checked about Liberty Travel at Dulles Town Center. I do not recommend Liberty - the representative I worked with did not seem very interested in helping me and barely did any research. I was only given 2 different vacation options (even though I was highly flexible with location, dates, etc.), and when I requested some additional options, I was frankly told that I "would not like the other resorts." Compared to the service I received at Liberty, my experience at Voyager Travel was top-notch.

When I first reported the issue to one of the owners he was great and I was ready to move on but then to get yourself out of trouble you said we never had a plan which was untrue and you keep saying it which is why I continue to send reviews. You specifically told us to meet you at 10 and gave us a specific address which turned out to be the labor department. We waited there as planned. At 955 I called you to tell you we were there. You said you assumed we had cancelled because of the rain and you went home. We didn't cancel and you didn't call us to check. I asked you why you didn't call us to verify and you said yes I should have. That was it. I never demanded any service and the call was very brief. Now you say I'm harassing you and having a breakdown and that we never had a plan when you know that's not true. I'm only continuing to reply because you're not telling the truth.

Just wrapped up a wonderful tour with Robert over a weekend in May…read more My mom and I planned a weekend trip to DC from NJ. Knowing we only had less than 2 days to tour the monuments, in addition to the fact that my mother in her older age doesn't have as many steps in her as she used to - I was trying to get creative with our schedule to make the most of our time. A quick google search helped me land on this company. I always forget that the monuments in DC are quite spread out. Being on a bike is definitely your best option. I emailed the company on a Tuesday night before our trip and had a response immediately the next morning. Our guide Robert was very thorough, friendly, and flexible with our schedule. He also gave us a great suggestion to skip the Air and Space museum as part of it was under construction. He definitely knows DC quite well. He met us on the tail end of our visit at the Natural History museum and over the course of 3 hours we were able to see the Washington monument, Jefferson memorial, Mason memorial, MLK, Lincoln, Korean War, Vietnam War, and finally ended near the White House. We also would have had time for one more if we didn't take a break for lunch. Highly highly recommend this if your needs are similar to what I described above. Robert will give you a lot of historical context along the way.
