Same deal with this company. I got redirected from Google Flights to book a ticket. Then I received…read morean email saying that the ticket wasn't confirmed multiple times. Three people called me throughout the day. In the end, the third person wanted me to pay an additional $100. The whole thing feels like a scam. Don't ever book through them! This makes me think differently about using Google Flights - I'm sure it will impact their brand as well.

I then received multiple emails giving conflicting information so I called to cancel and was informed that I couldn't because everything had been confirmed. After ending the call I received another email stating there was an issue and it was not confirmed and they needed more banking information. I have since received MULTIPLE spam calls. I do not recommend it at all.
